Brilliant advice and service
Brilliant advice and service. I needed some Velcro Hook for a Foamex display board. I thought the heavy-duty stick-on velcro would suffice, but when I rang MPD hook and loop, I was told that there is a chemical in Foamex that reacts with the glue, causing the velcro to come away from the board. I was advised that the PS18 Velcro is designed for Foamex. Brilliant.
Like a numpty, I then ordered Loop and not Hook, sent a quick email and got a response straight back saying no problem, they would change the order.
The roll of hook promptly arrived. Brilliant advice and service - I would highly recommend MPD hook and loop.

Fair price… but length was much more than required… I guess I saw that the colour and width was what I needed, and price was ok… so didn’t care about length, I only needed about 85cm.
The Velcro is to replace the original pocket closures on an outdoor Ventile jacket. The jacket is quite old, but it is much loved and once I replace the original velcro I’m looking forward to dry maps, mints, matches etc. while enjoying the British weather on the mountains!
