For our year-end offsite, we engaged Mpowerment for team-building. The session was high-impact and adrenaline-pumping, a truly unique experience that strengthened our team’s bond and resilience and set us up for a successful objective-setting afternoon.

We started with Board Breaking, breaking through solid wood boards with bare hands! The cheers of encouragement and the clear team spirit made every break feel like a collective victory.

Next was Arrow Breaking, an activity that truly tested our courage to push into a challenge. Tosin was highly skilled and supportive, ensuring safety while gently nudging us out of our comfort zones.

We concluded with Bar Bending - yes, real steel bars! It sounds impossible, but under Tosin’s expert guidance, everyone worked with their partner, plus determination and the support of the wider team, to bend their bar, an unparalleled trust-building exercise.

The whole session was a powerful metaphor for our team's ability to tackle and reshape seemingly insurmountable challenges.

What stood out was not just the activities themselves, but also the thoughtful debriefing sessions led by Tosin. Each activity was linked back to workplace scenarios, reinforcing themes of trust, strength, and perseverance.
