I purchased some Mueller Keeps tools…
I purchased some Mueller Keeps tools with the full belief according to their website that they were made in Germany. Out of the 4 Mueller Keeps tools only one of them indicated on the package and the tool itself that it was made in Germany. The other 3 item have no identification whats so ever on the packaging where their country of origin is. I am assuming just looking at the packaging that they are likely Chinese made? I am not paying big bucks for tools made in Asia and I don't buy tools made in Asia.
The whole return policy has been very bad. Most vendors would send a return label right away and want their returns back ASAP as they want good customer service ratings. But MPR finally shipped me a return label today. Cheers!

I am happy that i was able to buy it at a great price but the backorder was very long. I am very pleased with the customer service. Daniela was able to answer all my questions and she is good at following up. I wish it was easier to find the store on google map. something about the name of the physical store isn't MPR tools.

These folks were awesome to deal with. I’m a HD mechanic by trade as well as a farmer, and I’m always hesitant to buy online from someone new. I’ve bought twice from them so far, and both times they’ve been great, customer service was super friendly and very eager to help, they even price matched an item for me. I would not hesitate to order from these folks.

Missing item from order resolved.
I ordered three items that were said to be shipped and delivered all under the same tracking number. When I received the box it contained only two of the items. I called the customer support line and they were very helpful, quickly determined that the missing item was shipped separately under a different tracking number.

MPR is great!
MPR is one of the most affordable places to purchase tools. As a Level 3 apprentice I have invested alot of money in starting up my tool collection and MPR is always my go to. They answer any questions you have, and quickly at that. I really appreciate the good customer service, and they have all the Milwaukee options you could ever need...price matching guarantee!

Great Service
I placed an order, my credit card was charged but didn't hear anything for a over a week. I reached out to MPR and customer service was able to track down my transaction. Turns out, I screwed up my address, email etc when I placed my order and they were great with helping me sort it out. In the end I was able to track down the package. Thanks again! (P.S. I don't usually do reviews, unless its something outstanding).

I am unable to evaluate the product they sell, but I can evaluate the delivery that i waited for a month , which did not arrive and was returned to them.I will give them zero rating , and please be careful with this company.

I’m truly sorry for the experience you had with this order, and I completely understand how frustrating it is to wait that long and still not receive your package.
To provide some context, the shipment was delayed with the carrier during the holiday season. When you reached out to us, you requested that the package be returned, so we immediately submitted a return-to-sender request to the carrier. Shortly after, you let us know you had changed your mind and wanted the delivery instead but by that point, the carrier had already processed the return request and was no longer able to reverse it, so the package was sent back to us.
I sincerely apologize for how this played out. I’ll be reaching out to you directly to see if there’s anything else we can do to make this right.
Amazing Servuce from Daniela. AMAZING TOOL CART
First and foremost, thanks to Daniela Giraldo Calderón for the excellent customer service. Amazing! I was happy with my purchase before I even saw it, despite the having an issue with the shipping fees. However, Daniela expressed the problem in the best way possible and I had no problem making the necessary adjustment.
With that being said, I got the storage cart on sale and I must say that it was worth every dollar.
Pros: Very heavy, solid and strong tool box. Better than SnapOn I would say, for the body structure. Amazing drawer roller slides. Nice structure set up for organizing my power and hand tools.
The cons I can live with for the price. It is non the less a big steel. Try getting this box with such amazing design and strength from SnapOn or Matco for anything close to the price here.
Cons: Wheels are plastic, not urethane On Polypropylene Wheels with Straight Roller Bearing. I love having nice rubber cast wheels. The plastic makes a cracking noise with the dirt that I really don't like and it annoys me.
Wish the second hatch under the main one had gas struts as well. I am going to get 2 installed.
Not a big deal, but it is an upgrade I am going to make and it is to install soft rubber corner bumpers for the box. The ones that come with it are made from plastic.
I have no problem making these upgrades. As I have said, this box is amazing regardless. Thank you MPR for the sale. This is a nice new years gift to myself. Thank you Daniela. 😊
I will add pictures later when I am done making my customization.

Chainsaw tach
I’d had a tach in mind for awhile, wasn’t sure what to get, needed it to be accurate in that 12-14k rpm range.
A buddy sent me a message saying Donny W had recommended this unit & it was on sale….
A few quick clicks on my phone & it was on the way via Purolator, arriving shortly thereafter.
It was a quick seamless buy & appears to be a quality item.
Once this cold snap eases a little I’ll give it a whirl.
