DO NOT BUY from this company. The quality of the lamps are NOT anything close to their advertisement. I have tried canceling an order 6 times. They have not responded to my emails and the links for reviewing my orders have mysteriously vanished.

So deceiving! I was robbed! This company should be arrested! How are they still able to exist! What crap! Complete garbage! Trying to get my money back for false advertisement!

Didn’t see reviews until after ordered. Would not have ordered after seeing the reviews. It is a small plastic very cheap not worth the money. Plugged it in and worked for a couple seconds and quit as a short or something. Naturally, you can’t get a hold of the company. Stay away from it. As an update Mr glow didn’t reply my request for refund so went through charge card and they got my refund

This company does not deserve 1 star it should rate -100 it is a SCAM

This company is a hoax the item requested the owl is a little six in plastic spot painted owl which is nothing like the advertised hand crafted owl. I strongly recommend against purchasing from this site Mary Hamptons hand crafted lights; as you will be very disappointed as I am.

The product is certainly not what was advertised. You could consider it a scam or bait and switch. The lamp works, and is small, plastic but not absolutely terrible. The site should be taken down.

Package was lost in the mail for months and when it finally arrived, the lamp was this tiny, cheap plastic thing.

What went wrong? Where to start. The storyline is suspicious and 'borrowed' your not dealing with 'Blake'. I placed my order 3 weeks prior to when it was needed - 19 Oct, with expected delivery within 7-10 days. 25 days later the birthday passed by. Numerous emails were 'sorry for the delay' but no action. 38 days later - Thanksgiving passed by. Asked to be refunded because they failed to meet the expectations. Crickets. The tracking link never updated properly. 45 days requested a refund since the items still had not arrived. Although their website indicates they will honor the refund, it was not processed - the HASSLE! I contacted the credit card company to file the dispute and the history of the company was well known for their failure to perform and were a flagged company.

68 days later - Christmas passed by.
72 days later USPS delivered the 3 items.

Open the box; which was package nice enough, no issues. The size is only as tall as your Apple i-phone and has a USB charging cord so you'll need the plug-in adapter. The quality is plastic / resin.

It's marketed well but save yourself the hassle and keep your money. I would not recommend this company and shop.com needs to vet their retailers better.

Don’t buy! This is a total scam and fraudulent business based overseas. You receive a cheap plastic figure. Nothing like advertised. I received a full refund after contacting my credit card company. Dont waste your time. Shame on this business.

Took 3 months to get this tiny, plastic pos, lamp that looks nothing like a husky, phone number is bogus, the whole thing is a scam, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY YOU VERY BE VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

This is a total scam. I spent 54.99 to get a piece of plastic yorkie that looks like an elementary kid made. i fell for the advertisement about the death of the husband. They promise a refund within so many days but they provide no phone number only an email to contact customer service with no replies. I could send it back to the address on the shipping label but I know that would not get my refund. I probably will just throw it in the trash. Lesson learned

After waiting 2 1/2 months for my order, they finally arrived today. (December 30)
Had planned to give these THREE items as Christmas gifts. Thank God they didn't arrive in time, because they are cheap, plastic, smaller than expected, and just junk!
I would have been embarrassed to give them as gifts!

I communicated many times, but only got ridiculous excuses. (That's when they responded!)

Once I gave up and assumed they probably weren't coming, I asked multiple times for a refund. That's when they ghosted me.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

First I placed the order October16,25 with an expected delivery time of 2 weeks. The tracking was impossible to follow, after 2 weeks I did notify customer service and was given a link to follow tracking better, except that it never gave locations. I notified Customer Service about this again 2 more times, and asked for a refund if location could not be given. They in turn ended my tracking capabilities and did not answer any further message from me. Finally on December 29,25 I received the items only to find that they aren't blown glass figures but plastic. Don't fall for their scam like I did.

Do your homework first! They are a company in China, and have 1.0 Customer Reviews on Amazon. They are scammers who are selling cheap plastic lamps. They stole $100 from me, stopped responding to my requests for a refund - do not buy these lamps from any site.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. This company took my money - $54 immediately upon ordering and the product was NEVER delivered. I've contacted them several times over the months. It's as if I didn't exist. I ordered in October 2025; It's now end of December. No product. No answer. No money returned.

Piece of junk. All plastic and not what I ordered. So glad I disputed the transaction and got my money refunded with my bank. SAM,SCAM,SCAM!!!!

This was a ridiculous scam!! I ordered a beautiful owl that was supposed to be glass for 60 dollars. It finally arrived and is a cheap small PLASTIC weird colored owl!!!!!! I can’t get anyone from the company to reply for a refund!!! I generally never order from places on Facebook but this looked like a legit company!!!!! Do NOT get robbed like I did!!!! It looks like a dollar store item. It was supposed to be a gift obviously I won’t be giving it now. Consumers Beware!!!!! Please do not get disappointed and out of cash like I did! I wish we could report this ridiculous company!! They closed the website right after Christmas!!!!!’n

company is nothing but a scam you read this so sorry story of her husband Blake, passing away after having the company for years and years, and if you go look on their file number, the company only opened up two months ago, their liars and scammers Don’t waste your money here
