Seems to be a scam. Tried to cancel my order with 6 email request. They continue to not respond. There is no phone number to contact. They are zero stars at best. Horrible customer service.

I purchased what I thought was a pretty light for my mom whose dog passed away. Instead I got something I could have bought at a dollar store. I would never purchase a light from this company.

Waited two mouths to get and it's plastic and very small not what it shows don't buy 😒 🙃 😑

Terrible people. I ordered what I thought would be really cute for my daughter, shipped October 27th. Almost 2 months ago and still nothing. This is a total scam and shit people who are trying to act like they are operating a good business. Don't fall for it.

The hype is just that, hype! Product not hand made/ cut glass. Inexpensive spray painted and NO plug in for socket. 😥 Must have conversion - NOT INCLUDED - to use. Seems there's no way to place a complaint or request refund???

Scam! Nothing like picture. Website shows artists with metal frame and individual pieces of glass or resin - reality less than 6 inches tall, cheap plastic with not even lines fully painted in - nicer night lights at the five below store! Can not even plug in without an adapter. Also got the book mug - terrible sloppy paint job - only good for a gag gift! Totally embarrassing that I fell for this web site - says USA at bottom and talks about her dead husband as the artist- but my shipping showed it came from china clearly cheaply mass made - of dollar general store quality. Do not waste your money- they do not respond

Cheap. Definitely not hand crafted. All plastic. Got the small dog. This is a plastic dog statue with fake lines in black all over it with a touch of color in some of the areas. very disappointed. Will be asking for a refund.

If only I had read the reviews before getting sucked in by the story. Nothing is true, but most importantly, the product is NOT stained glass or custom made. I bought two (a dog and a cat) and both are cheap plastic, as many other reviews have said.
Shipping was slow as it took about 5-6 weeks. They are Dollar store quality and are a $10-$15 value at best.
Like many others I was ripped off and like others I will be more careful in the future.

This fraudulent company is also doing business as Mr. Aura, mr-aura.com, AND Mary Hamptons (maryhamptons.com). DO NOT BUY. The lamps they send are not stained glass, definitely not "handcrafted" and do not match the designs featured on the website. Instead, you get factory made, cheap plastic, spray-painted pieces of junk. Of course, no response from the company when contacted.

If I could have given less than 1 star I would have. What a total scam. It has taught me a valuable lesson though, look for details about the product. I saw too late the description for these gave the size of about 5 x 6 inches. Now I double check the detail and look for all the reviews I can find. I imagine they are laughing at us, thinking they got us good, but I always believe that everyone gets what they deserve. And they deserve all the plagues of Egypt.

Finally received lamp after month it’s terrible so small not glass plastic I probably could found nicer in a dollar general store!!!!

My two lamps has arrived and they were absolutely awful. I’m extremely disappointed with them! nothing like its picture. They’re cheap, nasty, and tacky plastic. I actually cried when I seen them because they were Christmas gifts and there is no way I could ever gift these to anyone. The fact I paid over £40 each for them is not acceptable. When apparently the normal price for them would have been over £200!!!

I feel like the story about the lady losing her husband who crafted them together and he passed away is an emotional marketing/branding sales tactic. I’m quite sure when people receive theirs they will equally be as disappointed as me.

They took so long to get here because they were made and come from china.

They offered me a 15% refund! And I could keep the items. The items will be going straight into the bin when this has been resolved until I get 100# refund!!!

DO Not Order from this company. I ordered 3 lamps on 11/15. Just received them yesterday. They are plastic, only about 5 " tall. I did try to cancel the orders within 5 minutes of ordering. They would not cancel. I've tried to contact them several times. No reply, except that they would not cancel my order. I bought these lamps as Christmas Gifts. I paid $146.27 for plastic junk. I absolutely could never give these as gifts.
I sent the email below to them today: I am so upset. These are absolutely nothing like described. They are a little piece of plastic junk. I am retired and though I was purchasing something nice for Christmas Gifts.
What a disappointment. I'm on a fixed income and can't afford to replace these with something else and I certainly would never give these as gifts.
I tried to cancel the 2 orders within 5 minutes of ordering. You would not cancell. Said they had already been processed. REALLY, I have never ever known of any business not being able to cancell with 5 minutes of ordering. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. If these charges are not refunded to my account immediately. I am going to file a complaint against you with the better business bureau
and the credit card company.
Please do the right thing and credit my card for these purchases.

cancel the order within minutes after
ordering and received a reply stating the
order couldn't be canceled because it was
already processed. That's absolutely
ridiculous, there's no way that order was
processed within minutes. As I said
before, you should be ashamed of the
fraudulent mispresented ads you are
putting out there. am again requesting a refund.

Placed my order on October 14th. It is now Dec. 11th and I still don't have it. I contacted Mr. Glow after 2 weeks and was told to be patient. Later found out thru tracking that it comes from Shanghai. After 4 weeks I contacted them again and got no response. Contacted them again after 6 weeks and again got no response. The tracking doesn't tell you where your order is. It only says it has "moved to the next distribution center". After 7 weeks I disputed the charge on my credit card and got my money back. Now, when I try to track the order, all evidence of my order has disappeared.

This company is scamming people do not buy from them

This site is a total scam there is no women who’s husband has died so closing the business down , they eventually sent 4 items about 5 inches high instead of the ones in the picture approx 12/15 inches . There was no glass fitting only a cheap plastic also sealed so no way of changing the bulb ,this company should be removed from all sites immediately,
