Visually satisfying website. My two pups love their new car seat cover and the plush bed is super soft. I sent an email enquiry and was met with a quick response. Overall great products and great customer service

Products works as well as described, good quality and better fitting than the genuine one I purchased from Hyundai.

Arrived in a timely manner, transparent comms and received in good condition.

I received prompt response from Mr Bark personnel when I made an enquiry about estimated delivery time. When the product arrived it was easy to put together and is really good quality. My dog is now safe and contained in the back seat in his carrier. My seats are also now protected. Would absolutely recommend the product I purchased and the quick response to my query was very reassuring :)

Received my seat cover and it’s great. Had to ask the team for some help on the delivery and I couldn’t have asked for better help.

Support received from this site was great. I had a hiccup with the internet when receiving the discount code so paid the full price. Mentioned this expecting nothing actually but the guys got back to me immediately and refunded me the discount. They also checked up to see if all was ok. Good service and honest dealings. Thanks guys.

Product reasonable but expensive but they repeatedly ignore my requests to remove me from their mail list. I have asked them 9 times. Disgraceful conduct. Never again.

Trying to bury the real bad reviews with recent fake reviews. No getting away from the dodgy way you conduct business. Items just do not arrive, contact stops and you are left out of pocket. Check the old reviews people, do not get sucked in. And not an Australian business, so website straight up lying.

Easy to deal with. Great product so far. It fits well into our medium SUV. Straight forward to assemble. Great communication from the company.

Very helpful when I put the wrong address for the delivery. Fixed it straight away.

Absolutely love this dog seat cover!! My pup is so much calmer and not being tossed around as much in the back seat now. Amazing help from the team when I wanted updates on my order and handled everything professionally and with care!! I highly recommend there products and will be purchasing some more later on

Company, seriously quick delivery to a remote address, no fuss, no stupid extra communication to pick up from a parcel depot in town. Thanks so much. Well wrapped but minimal waste.
Product, sturdy, easy to fit, no tools needed, well made, as described. Safe for dog making trip safer.

I would have given a 5 but the only thing I have. Problem with was the courier they used very happy to say that Mr Barks did chase up with the couriers when u contacted them to say that things had stalled with the couriers.

The Whole Experience was made easy by Archie who answered my questions by email very promptly and Efficiently. I am very Grateful And Very Impressed with Mr Barks for Replacing the Old one that had a broken zip. I will certainly be supporting and using Mr Barks again if occasion should arise.

Company and product great. Using Aramex Courier stead of Australia Post
was a mistake . Good communication but didn’t help with delivery delays.
Love the cover but would suggest sticking to Australia post in rather than spoiling your reputation

The design of the item I purchased from you was precisely as described. Even though some straps were missing, you promptly resent the necessary items to ensure my pet's safety during car rides.

The product is great, and the company are helpful and diligent.
The worst part of this experience was the incompetence of the delivery company, no fault of Mr. Barks - they stepped in and rectified the situation as soon as they could.

This is a great product especially for transporting dogs. I often transporting dogs. I volunteer with a rescue group and it has been constant collecting from Central Coast and transporting to South Coast. We arrive with dogs safely and had a couple of have been car sick and no damage to my seats and easily cleaned up. Mrbarks have been amazing.
