Have to give a Big shout! out to Mr Browns Exclusives. Everything from the service to the delivery was spot on 👌🏽. I was after the Ugg tazz and adidas spezial both sold out everywhere and impossible to get over Xmas. Come across Mr Browns and see he had what I was after NGL I 100 precent thought it was a dodgy site selling knock offs but after seeing some off the reviews and that he had a IG account where you can see him talking about what he sells I then rang the number that’s was given on google 1st it went to voicemail then within 5mins I got a call back from MR Brown himself. Honestly what a sound geeeza had a really good chat with him he explained where he gets his stock from how he started and was even able help when I was asking about sizing for the Ugg tazz. So overall experience was 10/10 and highly recommended buying from MR Browns Exclusive

Mr Brown’s exclusive ! What can I say. Service was brilliant from start to finish. From going on to the website which is very professional and very easy to use, ordering what I thought I needed but then to be contact and given further instruction about the product to insure it was correct.

I was very happy when I found the hickory ugg tazz's I was looking for on Mr Brown's website, but I was not sure of their originality until they arrived. I loved it when it arrived. In fact, it went to the wrong place at first, my e-mail was answered immediately, I called on the phone and the package was sent immediately. The invitation email to the store was also very nice.
From now on, I will tell my whole family Mr. I will shop at Browns.

I ordered some uggs and ordered the wrong colour. I returned them to the wrong address. The Team liaised with the people at the wrong address and picked them up so that we could exchange and start again! Seriously above and beyond for customer service - stunning and above and beyond

Contacted this company last night to enquire. Got a reply within minutes even after 10pm. They had the exact shoe required, size & colour and even hand delivered the goods in a smart bag the very next day directly to my door.
Unbelievable good service, super friendly throughout and absolutely would recommend this company to anyone.

Fast delivery perfect product

Absolutely disgusting customer service and after not receiving my parcel and paying £200 they did nothing about it so I’d advise people to stay away from this cowboy outfit.

I had been scammed by a few companies this Christmas so was very nervous to part with £250+ for a pair of trainers. I put in the order and then phoned the company. Omari answered and reassured me. 3 days later they arrived, perfectly packaged. Could not recommend this company highly enough.
