I ordered SAPHIR MEDAILLE
D'OR - SUPER GOMMADIN ERASER (SUEDE MARK ERASER) - genuine Saphir products from this company, which took weeks to arrive. What arrived had no packaging, other than a flimsy envelope and bore no resemblance whatsoever to the photograph in the listing. As supplied, these items could be any unbranded product.
I contacted Mr Bull and Shine immediately to arrange a return, but 2 months later have had zero response. I have paid over £20 for items that are not as described and are of no use to me. In my experience this company does not trade with honesty and is not to be trusted.

Avoid. Took the money but didn’t send the order. Didn’t respond to any emails.

My response to this company after blaming me for cancelling my order when it was them …
Dear Customer Services,
I can understand that sometimes personal circumstances and ill health arise, and I genuinely accept that. My complaint is not that my order had to be cancelled.

My issue is that I received an email stating that I had cancelled my order, which was simply not true. It was your company that cancelled it, yet your communication incorrectly placed the responsibility on me.

In your response, you explained why the order was cancelled, but you did not acknowledge or apologise for the fact that your email wrongly blamed me. A simple admission that a mistake had been made would have gone a long way.

As a company, honesty and transparency with customers are important. Had you simply explained that you needed to cancel the order due to unforeseen personal circumstances, I would have completely understood. Instead, I was incorrectly told that I had cancelled the order, and even after I raised this, no responsibility was accepted.

In light of this, I am actually glad the order was cancelled, as it has left me with little confidence in your customer service. If a company is prepared to blame a customer for its own mistake rather than acknowledge it, it does make me wonder how other issues would be handled in the future.

I wish you well and hope your circumstances improve, but unfortunately I will not be using your company again.

Ordered £35 worth of supplies. After 3 weeks, received an email stating the order has been cancell on my request and that a refund hasn't been processed (I never cancelled the order)
Don't order from here, order direct from Saphir.

Order acknowledged on 24/6, delivery anticipated by 10/7. No delivery or update. Emailed the company seven times after 10/7. No response. Initiated a chargeback via my bank. Whatever it is they are going through there is no excuse for failure to communicate.

Never shipped the Saphir product I ordered, didn't reply to emails and couldn't be contacted directly. Finally resorted to my bank to obtain a refund.
Caveat Emptor!!!

Simply appalling, placed order on Spotify, order paid for and acknowledged, then nothing, no replies to all contacts, order not shipped, had to get credit card company to refund me, how is this guy still allowed to trade, serving in the military is no excuse, he should be ashamed of himself treating people this way.

I wholeheartedly agree with the other negative reviews.
Ordered from them and got a shopify notice but was never updated.
Emailed Mr bull sh#t and shine but no reply.
You cannot operate a business , take peoples money then ignore them and not dispatch goods you have been paid for.
In the end my bank issued a charge back.
Disgraceful.

Disgraceful masquerading as if Honourable Veterans. Almost 5 Wks Nothing ! Stolen my money? Sent Nothing! No Email, No Response. The JUDGE.ME Reviews are a Scam. 10% received nothing 1 * Still showning a 4.49 out of 5* How does that work? Buy With SHOPIFY should be taking Action when customers are being scammed like this. Disgraceful !

Placed an order on the 7th May for a tin of Saphir polish (order 7097). Since then, they have not responded to any emails I have sent them asking where my product is.

For someone so active on social media portraying themselves as a good guy, I'm sorry but you really have let me down.

I would give no stars if I could. Ordered two items they took my money and didn’t send - the Shop App which was used for tracking my delivery never received any tracking information from the company to say they dispatched the item
Since the purchase confirmation I have received no correspondence from them and their non existent customer service has completely failed to respond to all of my communications
This so called business is literally all bull
