Placed my order on Sunday 18/1/26. Order acknowledgement Monday 19/1/26. Order delivered Tuesday 20/1/26. Many thanks to all at the Tamworth branch. The driver was courteous and delivered my items... Ver mais
Didn't place order based upon no response to query ..yet they repeatedly send me reminders (several in as many days) to complete order.......seriously stop relying on cookies and provide good old huma... Ver mais
I dealt with the Tamworth branch, who's phone line is insessently engaged with only two lines. Once I got through the process was super great! I was a bit worried with some of the negative reviews... Ver mais

i see this company in the sun newspaper back in 2003 offering a complete heating system including copper and valves for about £740.thought it was a scam so decided to visit their address in Erith.and yes they were real. ask them do they do cash on delivery. yes sir we love a bit of cash on delivery. my system has been running now since 2003 with no problems other than having to have a new fan in the boiler which is a ariston eurocombi. which is now in the process of being changed for a Worcester bosh.
Portsmouth depot shows no regard for me after buying a £1500 boiler and being promised a VAT receipt. Very couldn't care less attitude when I have been promised several times a simple VAT receipt to claim back VAT on a new build. Who runs this company? No way will I buy again from them.
I am a long time customer of Mr Central Heating, but after there latest customer service abortion i will not be using them again. The problem with Mr Central Heating is that they do absolutely nothing to help the customer when they make a mistake (which is almost every delivery). As a Trade customer it is imperative that my orders are delivered on time and that i receive exactly what i ordered. Often they will send similar (but worse) products because they are out of stock, when contacted to ask why you have not been informed they offer an apology but that does nothing to fix the issue. Once i was told i will receive an Adey MagnaClean Professional 2 as compensation for a multitude of mistakes they made but it never happened.
My latest complaint is an order i made on a Wednesday which i needed for the Friday, i was contacted at 4:59pm to be told my order will be with me on Monday because the vans are full and that particular branch does not deliver on weekends and can not do next day deliveries but if i want things next day i should speak to the Tamworth branch. I questioned the woman who phoned me as to why she was letting me know so late in the day as it leaves me completely unable to do anything about the situation (including calling the Tamworth branch). This leaves me stunned that,
A, the staff did not think to contact me before the 3pm next day delivery deadline.
B, there is absolutely nothing you can do to help me get the materials i ordered knowing that i use you're services a lot.
C, after being told i will never use you're services again if i do not receive my order on Friday no attempt are being made what so ever to find a solution.
Simple solutions would be, use a courier. E-mail/phone the Tamworth branch manager for them to add it to the delivery's for the next day. Apologise and have a driver do it on a Saturday in order to maintain my business.
So basically, if you are a trade customer i would stay well away from Mr Central Heating as they categorically could not give two sh*ts about you or you're business. I will also be posting my review and any solutions offered by Mr Central Heating here and also on a national heating engineers Facebook group with 4223 engineers in it this weekend as i feel its important that other hard working people do not have the reputation of their businesses continuously let down by this company.
P.S i look forward, yet again, to being completely ignored by you.

Placed an order - they called me to arrange delivery - I was on holiday (though there were people at home to take delivery) and they just didn't bother to try and call me again!!! Very poor and uncaring service.
I ordered 5 radiators to go in my newly refurbished home. For the 3 bedrooms I went for the more economic option of the Single premium KI radiators, and although they are not the prettiest they do exactly the job they are meant to - they heat the room!!
For the dining room and sitting room I splashed out and went with the Horizontal Raw Metal Lacquered Radiators... they look awesome!!
I'm so pleased with how the look in the rooms, making a feature of something which normally just takes up wallspace. And they dont compromise on quality either.
The service from Mr Central Heating was great to, nice a prompt, delivery exactly as expected.

The radiator arrived in a quick time and was very well packed to prevent any damage. I would recommend this company.
The radiator also has a 10year guarantee which provides peace of mind

Great prices for what you get in package deal,but if they forget anything on your delivery you are better going to pick it up yourself as after sales are not very efficient.

Ordered 6 radiators to update our old ones - was kept updated about delivery by email and phoned by the driver about an hour before delivery - driver was helpful and took all the radiators to the back door where I was storing them in a room at the back of the house. Plumber was happy with radiators and fitted them easily

Mr central heating's service is amazing, quick and reasonably priced. We bought 2 three column radiators metal finish and Bentley tap fittings we intend to purchase more :) both arrived within 3 days of ordering standard £10 charge.

I have purchased 3 rads for my new house. They arrived quickly and seem already. One had a small mark on it, but is wasn't in the vision of people once on the wall. The only bad thing with them is that I feel they are slightly noisier than other radiators. I know this sounds weird, but I can actually hear the water inside them, when they are on. Other than that decent rads for the money.

This is the second time we have used Mr Central Heating, and we are again very impressed with the service. Mark is super efficient, and Ant the Derby delivery driver is great. We will continue to use this company for all our boilers.
