Horrendous customer care

Only giving one star at this time as Mr drippz has left me in limbo .purchased dolce and gabbana t-shirt from them through love the sales .have sent numerous emails to Mr drippz and love the sales but have so far just been robbed off and not yet provided with a return address to send garment back too .very expensive item with very cheap aftercare and strikes of a cowboy operation .hopefully resolved will come soon and restore my dwindling faith in Mr drippz . Love the sales have not given me adress to send t-shirt back to .please provide some can return t-shirt

As confirmed through your ongoing communication with the Love The Sales customer support team, all correspondence has been shared between both parties. The details we provided, including the return instructions, were passed on to you, and we have received your messages in the same way.

To clarify, your return has not been refused at any stage. As outlined, for a refund to your original payment method, the item simply needs to be returned directly to our address using Royal Mail only. Our prepaid return labels are offered exclusively for store credit or exchanges.

Great quality and quick delivery

I recently ordered a few pieces from this store and the experience was excellent. The order arrived very quickly and everything was packaged perfectly. I bought two Casablanca t-shirts and three pairs of Givenchy pants, and all of them arrived in perfect condition. The quality is amazing, exactly what you would expect from designer pieces. The fabrics feel premium, the fit is great, and everything looked completely new and authentic. It’s honestly reassuring to find an online store where you can order designer clothing and receive exactly what you expect. I’ll definitely order again!! 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

Ordered a t shirt £160 said it was…

Ordered a t shirt £160 said it was getting delivered then sent me an email 3 days later saying it was out of stock and I’ve asked for a refund and heard nothing back

We’re sorry again for the inconvenience caused by the unexpected stock discrepancy on your order for the Givenchy Infinity Rings Logo T-Shirt. After confirming that you preferred to proceed with a refund rather than an exchange, we processed the refund immediately.

Depending on your bank’s processing times, the funds should appear back in your account within 3–5 business days.

We completely understand how frustrating it can be to look forward to receiving an item and then learn it is unavailable. Situations like this are rare, but when they do occur we always aim to resolve them as quickly and fairly as possible.
