Avoid at all cost
Company is awful.. please stay away at any cost.. brought a coat for my son at Xmas that was the wrong size and asked for exchange and they haven't got back to me.. I've emailed them pictures and order number and still nothing.. honestly the worst and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with

This company is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with I ordered a hoodie for my son for Christmas it was delivered and left in my recycling box as I wasn’t home but I when I got home and looked for my parcel it wasn’t there so I contacted Royal Mail and this company Royal Mail got back to me saying that I needed to get back to store as they should sort it and claim back from them I guess I’m still waiting a reply from this store and I’m £150 out of pocket and no hoodie hope your proud of yourselves mr drip zone absolutely disgusting customer service

sent me fake Nike Jorden's in the wrong size. told me I could return them for a full refund if I sent them pictures, which I did and they ignored me even though I sent them several emails. going through my bank now for a dispute and they have fabricated messages from me saying am happy with the item?!
Please stay away from this company. there items are fake and they will not send you the return address!!!!

Sold me fake goods from Pandabuy.
Funnily enough their website is closed since Pandabuy got raided last month and they can’t buy or ship the fakes.

Consequently, we have had to resource all the items. We would not be able to re-source products if we used PandaBuy as you stated they don't even exist anymore. Fake goods
Fake goods. I paid £217 for what was clearly a panda buy fake NOCTA tech fleece. Rubbish quality material, labels and trim is all wrong, cheap finish.
Asked for a refund well within the 14 days stipulated in distance selling regs but was told I was only entitled to 15% of the original cost due to the “site wide sale”. This is against the law.
Never received a receipt, an order number or details about company house when I repeatedly asked in emails and Insta messages. Reported to Trading Standards.
Do not buy from these scammers.

SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!! AVOID!!
placed an order with this company and spent quite a bit with them even though it was my first order. There company website advised a lead time of 5-7 working days. However I have now been waiting almost 2 months now for my order and not received a single thing. I’ve emailed them countless times and they don’t bother responding. They have said multiple times now that my order has been shipped but have failed to provide tracking. If they had sent the order the tracking details would be available immediately.
I have had enough of this company and will be contacting my bank and reporting this company for fraud.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Do not order from this company they are scammers made a purchase the start of April literally a week later their website was shut down saying they were trying to keep up with the demands in orders, 7 weeks later and bare minimal contact saying the same thing about contact once order dispatched I still haven’t received my item please be careful as o order threw a third party clear pay to be safe I thought I would be protected and they are saying it’s nothing to do with them also they just pay up front for the item absolutely disgusting with both companies and clear pay need to start doing proper checks on company’s they offer credit to.

Scammers!
For those telling you this is real it is not. Me and my mother in law are now planning to take legal action if her situation isn’t solved as she has been sold a fake trapstar tracksuit. We’ve realised that after comparing it to my partners real trapstar tracksuit loads of things are different. The stitching, thickness of the tracksuits fleece, the care label especially was the main giveaway to the guy that also double checked it for us to verify it. Please do not listen to those who tell you this company is real as it’s not at all

wrong size sent/ no refund given
We ordered XS they confirmed it was XS on the order confirmation, when it arrived it was Small not XS, we contacted them over and over , they ignored us, did not refund our money £219 and stuck with a tracksuit we could not wear. We had to wait over 4 weeks for the wrong item to arrive and it was fake.
I reported them to trading standards who are also a waste of space, no one calls back or repsonds! When you report anyone to CAB. the staff are useless.
Do not buy from here, you will risk getting the wrong product no response from anyone and loose your money!

Disappointed with customer services and item
Waited for the delivery for 3 weeks, but the wrong size has arrived. Sent message via website and 2 emails, been waiting for 2 weeks and no response. I just want my money back as feels like a scam at this moment. Very disappointed with the customer service. And just to add I did tried live Webchat but no response there either
