Authentic, quick and reliable, Ordered 4 tracksuits and a jacket from MrDripZone and they came in packaged and protected. I also got a free Jordan 4 Mystery Box as I spent over £450. They gave me a FREE Pair of Jordan 4 Black Cats, they’re fully authentic came in original box (Got them legit checked via LegitCheck App) Fully recommend and Will be ordering again. Authentic and BEST PRICE AROUND very happy with service provided by DripZone! I have read some of the bad reviews and I asked MrDripZone about them, he says that the customers wore the item, as a result their returns get cancelled as the item has been worn and damaged. So they leave bad reviews as an attempt to blackmail them which is truly upsetting. I will tell all my friends about MrDripZone you’re the best!

Absolutely brilliant company got the Jordan’s I wanted for my daughters birthday and arrived with plenty of time.great communication too, got it authenticated by my local sneaker store aswell.

MrDripZone is the best for Trapstar and Jordan’s. Delivery is always reliable and never had an issue with quality. Not sure about the negative reviews but the few times I decided to return an item it was seamless. All other times replies have been fast and product have always been authentic. Very happy with the service and will be shopping with them for all my streetwear.

Today I received the 2nd pair of Jordan 4s ordered, all ligit. Delivered in time frame given and replied to dms on insta super quick. Not sure about all these negative comments. My daughter is 16 and has ordered 2 pairs now and has not had one problem. Brilliant company, not fake, we checked the jordans out properly, both pairs have everything they should have, thank you

My dad orded me a trapstar tracksuit of mrdripzone and it didnt fit me so we try to contact you for a return address and there was no response my dad has sent 5 emails and nothing back this is a terrible website never ordering of here again

Ordered a Broken planets hoodie as a gift, unfortunately sizing was too small. Emailed to organise a return, and had no response whatsoever. Followed their instructions online and sent a dm via Instagram too which they are actively posting on and reading my messages but once again no response. Thoroughly disappointed as not a cheap present. Should’ve read the other reviews prior to ordering, will be going elsewhere in the future.

So I’ve been trying to get hold of these companies since the 23rd of December. I have a £209 tracksuit. I need to send back. Nobody has returned my emails and I can see by looking at other reviews the same.
I do believe the BBC are starting to investigate this company, and by all accounts, they are a con. please do not order from this company do your homework and order from Trapstar direct

I’ve been asking for a refund for quite a long time now that’s all I want is a refund for the tracksuit that I no longer one as it turned up too late. Stop fobbing me off with the same emails stating please contact us well I haven’t done nothing else, apart from do that.

UPDATE FROM THEIR REPLY. I have already sent them all the information they requested twice and received no reply to either of my e mails to them.

Customer service was very prompt when chasing the whereabouts of an order - 40 minutes for a reply. Customer service to ask for refund process for an item that was nothing like what I ordered when it arrived - and as others have described - no response after several e mails. They replied on instagram telling me to e mail them which I had already done. I should have heeded the reviews on here but took the chance as it was for a Christmas present. Bad decision!

Fake products, counterfeit, scam company. Does not accent returns just tell you to email then ignores it, rude and unhelpful. Wasted a lot of money on poor counterfeit rubbish, my son's Christmas has been ruined

Spent over £500 on presents for my son for Christmas. Took an age to arrive and when they did packed in to tiny boxes Direct from China. I contacted MrDripZone before purchasing and was promised everything was authentic and everything is checked before sent out. Well the Nike Drifit tracksuit I received didn’t even have a Nike logo and a label saying Sport Best Fashion! Everything is fake and not good quality fakes either. This is a criminal outfit and I suspect they’ve taken a lot of peoples money over Christmas and will be closed down and starting a new venture before any of us get a chance to get our money back.
Update:
Emailed MrDropzone several times following instructions to process a return and never had a reply. However had a request from Trustpilot for more information initiated by MrDripZone. I’ve provided all my details. Incredibly frustrating that they can put their efforts in to responding to Trustpilot reviews but don’t reply to any emails.

Honestly please I beg you do not buy from these people, when I placed my order reviews were quite good (these are clearly brought reviews you can tell which ones they are now!!) since then 100s of people left disappointed and completely out of pocket from these fraudsters!! I messaged and spoke to them before hand they promised me they were authentic so I brought my son a couple of pairs of trainers, 100% FAKE, they will tell you they have receipts but again thwy can buy these fake aswel I didn't know all this until ive been done over and researched it!! If you have made the mistake buying like me report to action fraud, your bank and leave your review to at least stop them getting anyone else's hard earned money!! My son woke Christmas morning with no main presents because of this scum now I have to save to make sure he gets them even if it will be late!! I will never make this mistake again!!! They will also reply to your review saying to email them! You can send them 100 about a return and refund and they will completely ignore you!!

UPDATE: They didn't contact or refund luckily managed to get my money back through the bank and action fraud are now involved!! Please realise 9/10 of these positives reviews are FAKE you will notice it's fake as they always have ' Mrdripzone' in the review writing itself and that person leaving it will have only left that 1 review!! They look real but I promise you they are buying fake positive reviews as their score dropped to nearly 2, I really don't want anyone else losing their money to these horrible people!!

UNFORTUNATELY WRITING A REVIEW LIKE MANY OTHERS!!

I ordered my son a trapstar tracksuit for Christmas, it arrived completely smelling of a horrendous dirty damp musky smell, it isn't authentic and it's faulty! I've been in contact with customer service via email for a week asking for the returns address so I'm able to get this returned for a full refund, I'm yet to get a response back, customer service is non existent! I'm currently nearly £190 out of pocket and my son is without a Christmas gift as awaiting a refund so he's able to purchase something for himself, once customer service decide to acknowledge customers and respond to my several emails I've sent. Im a single parent I work hard for my money to be able to provide what I can for my sons, I feel robbed, literally scammed. I won't be leaving this and I will fight hard to get back what I'm owed, I will be reporting the company, taking it to trading standards and taking legal action. Clearly states a 30 days return on the website, I have consumer rights. I've been sold non authentic, faulty goods which is illegal. Sort it out Mr Dripzone! Returns address and refund required ASAP.

As expected I received the same automated reply like many others asking for me to contact them via email which I have around 12 times in total, yet to still receive a response, returns address and refund!

FURTHER UPDATE
It's been a week since I got a reply to my review from @Mrdripzone, I done as they requested yet I still haven't received a response, it's been two and a half weeks of constant chasing, requesting a returns address for the refund due.

EVEN FURTHER UPDATE
Its been six weeks of myself contacting Mr Dripzone, I've had no communication back via the two emails I've been writing to, they have absolutely no intention of allowing me to return the item for a refund. I have given them long enough to provide a resolution to thus matter, online there are forums clearly stating that this company sells non authentic fake items, wish I had seen this before. I will now be taking further action, I will start off with a charge back via my bank, if this isn't successful I will be reporting to trading standards aswell as taking it to a small claims court. Honestly people please keep hold of your well earned money and shop elsewhere.

LAST UPDATE
Unfortunately MrDripZone haven't made contact after they replied to this review, so it's all for show to other potential customers. They have done nothing to put anything right, I'm currently with a faulty and fake tracksuit and nearly £200 out of pocket, my son is still without his Christmas gift, they just don't care as long as they take your money. I will now be taking further action to retrieve my money that is owed.

Ordered an expensive £130 hoodie only for it to arrive packed into a incredibly tiny box.
The garment which has a raised print is so creased as a result of the crushed method of packing that it’s unlikely to come out with an iron.

I ordered early december a trapstar coat for my daughters,still nothing.They gave me a tracking number and its wrong,like the package coming from Ireland to Unknown...I'm living in Ireland... Nearly 3 weeks went,and all i get was 3-7 days,its been more than 14 days,and now they not even write back to my emails!!
Now my daughter has no present for christmas.
Never again,and you should avoid mrdripzone!!!

I order from 9th of December i received first email to confirm my order, second email to say to processing the order the third i received that it has been shipped and am yet to receive my order since then. Only to track my order and it says it has been delayed.

Ordered the 8th December still waiting there's going to be an unhappy grandson this Christmas 3 messages sent today and no response to any won't buy on here again

I am really upset with this company. I ordered a coat and it came in perfectly fine condition but I need to send it back as my boyfriend wants a different one. the coat was £250 and it states on their website that you must tell them before sending something back or you will not be refunded and they have to give you the right address to send it too. I have emailed 4 times since sunday and messaged on instagram. they have read my message on instagram and simply will not reply to me. I don’t know what to do as I need the £250 back for the coat and they refuse to reply. I can not believe how unprofessional they are and I have no idea what to do as I can’t find a contact number anywhere. If anyone can help pls lmk.

A month later I still haven’t had any reply and am £250 poorer! I can’t re sell the coat anywhere and am stuck with it sat in the box with tags. It says they are trying to delete my review yet have still not replied to a single email I sent! I have sent multiple more since! absolute joke will be reporting to trading standards if they don’t reply after the next few days.

This company is a joke. Took £300 from us for a coat, no contact, tracking number doesn't work and no product. DO NOT USE! Reported them to the authorities.
