Hi Michael,
Sorry to hear you feel that it is taking too long, but the order was placed on Monday 11th (UK) and it would be very difficult for post from Britain to make it to Australia in the 5 working days since this date. Fingers crossed it should arrive within the timeframe stated on the website, though, as Australian Customs seem to be quite good at handling orders promptly. But do please get in touch if you havent received the item and we will look into it for you.
Thanks
Stylish product, poor packaging
The products look great, very stylish. The packaging is very cheap and unimpressive. They arrived in a bubblewrap envelope. Nothing was in a box, they were either in plastic bags or tissue paper. A couple of the lapel pins were bent. I plan to give these as gifts and will have to source more impressive packaging.

Hi Cyril,
I just saw your comment on TrustPilot. Did you send a complaint about your broken item, as I cannot find it?
I can send you a replacement.
Out of interest, where was the item broken? (if you had a picture or could describe that would really help for future).
Kind regards
Adam
