A lot of issues to begin with
A lot of issues trying to get someone out. I waited for an hour and a half for someone to turn up for a confirmed appointment until I decided to call. I was told that there was no booking and that they were really busy and someone would call me back. Two days later still no phone call. So i call again. Finally, I got onto to someone that knew what they were doing. Everything went smoothly after that.

Got the RWC knocked back due to a…
Got the RWC knocked back due to a switch. Fixed that day and emailed receipt as requested but now no contact, have rang, texted and emailed Rodney but no reply. Rang the office and they told me to chase it up myself. I employed Mr Roadworthy and they just flipped me of as the guy who did the inspection is on holidays and obviously a subcontractor. Poor customer service will never use again. Clowns.

We tried to ring Rodney many times, but no reply. He finished work at lunch time that day to go on Christmas holidays. We gave you to option to call him direct. Your the 'Clown' for not fixing your brake switch first before we done the inspection.
