Customers Beware
Maybe this is a fluke, as these wheels are high dollar wheels, but I received a bent one through an affiliate of MRR. It was verified by local professionals that it was indeed bent. I photo'd the data, and provided contact information to MRR regarding the issue. After being tossed around between MRR and their affiliate, paying for shop visits and more products to "fix" the issue, all out of my own pocket, I was again required to pay all the costs associated with replacing the bent rim. At that point, I would be paying way over the price of just buying another rim myself, and was already out money that would have come close to just buying a replacement. Super unhappy with the experience, and have received far better customer service from far more affordable wheel manufacturers. Again, maybe it's a fluke, but I don't think so. I've since looked online on forumns and I'm not the first with a bad experience with MRR Wheels.
