I looked at the size chart. I'm a large. I bought XL figuring that the Asian men on the front page were going to be who this actually fit and not someone who has a round rear. It still was too small. None of the underwear had a tag on them. I emailed a week ago and have gotten no response.

scammers! no any information about delivery company!!! no any updates!!!

They sent me the wrong size.And when I tried to return them, they told me that they could only refund me $3 on the purchase.Or I would have to pay to have the return for their mistake. Or they would give me ten percent off of a future purchase. Why would I want to purchase something?Someone that won't return my money for their mistake. Don't waste your time. Don't waste your money.

I ordered from Mr Saker over a month ago. Within a few days of ordering, I received a message indicating that the order had been shipped and was provided a tracking number for 17Track. I queried the order today and Mr Saker assured me that it had been shipped. However, the 17Track site still shows that parcel information has been provided, but that order has not been picked up by carrier. I have evidently been scammed. I failed to verify the legitimacy of Mr Saker, assuming that as it appeared as an add on Facebook that it was legitimate. Have since checked, Mr Saker is widely reported to be a scam. Do not make the same mistake - do not trust Mr Saker.

Sizes are awful, and customer service is terrible. They also wont offer refunds. AVOID!!

The delivery team could care less it the product is delivered. Tried contacting the company. Will not respond to anything. You will be out of your money.

Worst company ever. They send the wrong size, and fade used underwear. I contacted customer service and get back and forth, with no resolution. I sent pictures of the underwear received with no tags and faded color. They just send back their website images saying that is the underwear color. I ordered a size medium, they sent me a size large. I contacted customer service and their response was that these are "Asian" sizes so a size Large would equate to a size small. Racist comments.

I see all the negative comments and although I can understand, I’ve had a great experience. You got to order 1 size larger (and if you’re overweight, probably 2 or 3 sizes up) and you got to be patient. I ordered the long sleeve V-Neck (gray/blk trim) and liked it so much I ordered the other 3 colors. Yea, shipping takes a month, but the quality for the price is excellent imo and I’m used to buying top-level brands like Moncler & Rick Owens, etc.
I had several questions and their Customer Support was fast & friendly 😊 I do WISH they had a US Distributor for faster shipping.

Took ages to arrive, and I’ve found the same item for 1/3 of the price elsewhere online. They wouldn’t cancel or refund my purchase. Have to pay for the return to china.

Do not purchase from this website. I ordered a bathing suit that did not match the online description (was much longer than advertised and came in the wrong size). I contacted customer service and requested a refund and was told I would need to arrange shipment, which would cost me over $20/virtually the cost of the product, even though the product did not match the description on website. Once I expressed concern, customer service stopped responding completely and has not responded to me in 5 days. This site is a scam.

Awful customer service. Ordered items that were in stock. No update on shipping for several days. After prompting, the eventually emailed to say items were shipped Tracking not updated for a week (i.e. courier hadn't picked up the order). Demanded a refund, was told they couldn't refund because the parcel was "in transit", which was clearly not the case. They offered me a discount on my next order, as if after such poor experience I would be remotely interested in buying from them again. I insisted on refund and contacted PayPal, who took action and I got refunded.

Delivery is over a month and the product is absolutely horrendous!

I saited over a month for delivery of this trash of a product. They refuse to offer reasonable customer service. Their clothing runs SMALL. I ordered xl briefs. They were not only of poor quality, but extremely undersized but USA standards. They require a customer to return merchandise in original packaging and pay return postage. After many calls to this company, I was tired of dealing with rude repr esentatives.

Refund and return policy is a joke. They keep sending the same email each day, asking what is the issue with my order. Sizes were completely wrong. This is a joke of a company.

I placed an order nearly a month ago. It took 2 weeks to ship and has been sitting in china over a week at customs. I’ve ordered other things from china last week that are already delivered. They have no explanation that makes sense for the delay. It appears others on here never fit their order. I’ll be disputing with my card company soon.

This company is a scam. I never got my order after over a month of waiting. Customer service gave vague, cookie cutter answers, and nothing was done to make it right. I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card. I will never order from here again and I will make sure nobody I know does either.
