They were great communicating in the phase of determining the scope of the work, and did an excellent job according to specifications, left the apartment looking nice and tidy.

To meet a team of 6 happy and ready to go ladies at 8am sharp gave me piece of mind from the start of the declutter clean The uniforms are fantastic. Suttle and comfortable for the Team.

Jayne's role of organisation was fantastic but I can't give the Team of wonderful young women enough credit.
They didn't require any supervision, they just did what needed to be done with laughter and smiles.
Not everything got done however that is no reflection on the team. They worked to a set budget and every minute the worked they gave the job 150%
I am over the moon with the result and so grateful that these wonderful women restored my house to a beautiful clean home.

I recently hired Mrs Muscle Cleaning to help with decluttering my home. These wonderful ladies did an amazing job with removing, sorting and organising my clutter. They were able to recommend and organise for rubbish removal too.

Jayne and her team were amazing in an extremely tricky situation where I found myself helping someone who ended up in a very problematic place. It was a massive job involving so many different facets: deep cleaning from decades of neglect; sorting through innumerable possessions to identify, find and cull; arranging rubbish removal; laundering endless items; arranging removalists - the list is endless. Jane's skill in being able to bring or find resources for a large variety of things at the last minute made a huge difference to the challenges I faced. If Jayne and her team hadn't been able to do what they did - I'm not sure what I would have done, as what had been dealt my way was nothing other than overwhelming and her team allowed me to direct my attention to the multiple other things that I needed to deal with in this situation.

The whole team was a delight to deal with - working extremely hard to get through the huge job, with humour, patience, understanding and empathy. I'd have them back in a flash, and have them already tagged to use again in the future when hopefully an easier situation arises than this one! You should all be proud of the work you have done and do.

These guys are by far the best in what they do . I have had a few cleaners and it’s been hit and miss. It’s ok to ask for the cheapest but I would recommend spend the extra and get it done perfectly. I can’t recommend this company enough and we will always use them in future, no more cheap and nasty’s for us ! Awesome job!!!

They did the job they said they would, it was clean, our only feedback would be the price, it was quite expensive for what was done, possibly a budget range could be included

I’ve just seen the reply from the review we wrote, it’s actually a disappointing reply to be honest because I don’t believe a 4 star review nor my comments were bad for this business and the service it provided in fact we were mostly happy with the result.

The claim we got our bond back is incorrect because we still haven’t at this point, so I’m not sure why that was claimed?

We didn’t receive feedback that the clean had been completed so went for a look to find it done.

Apologies for not reaching out to say thank you, so we will say it now thank you so much, it saved us so much time and time we would’ve struggled to find however a family emergency was the reason this was missed and one we are still dealing with now, the request for a review was our prompt.

It seems positive feedback and suggestions to improve aren’t accepted well and if it’s not a five star result with glowing comments Mrs Muscle isn’t happy. After this I probably wouldn’t use them again.

Jayne was super responsive and very lovely to communicate with. She made sure all my questions were answered which made the whole process a breeze!

Mrs Muscle wedge everything you want in an end of lease cleaner, the girls were punctual and gave me some really good advice regarding my house. The house was left in immaculate condition and I am extremely happy
