In spite of Covid-19challenges, this was a very informative class. The instructor Trent Fogg was knowledgeable, Professional and resourceful. The documentation provided was well written and helpful to the study process. The follow up from the MSys team following the training for additional assistance was also impressive. Would recommend MSys for anyone wanting to study for the exam.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with MSys Training's PMP Live Course. It was very informative, professionally put together and covered a lot of key information for the exam. I will definitely recommend it in the future.

I have taught over 20 PMP and 15 Lean Six Sigma classes with most if not all have being taught recently online live due to the Covid. I have taught this material for three different companies and I can say that MSys material and syllabi are the best match to what a practitioner needs to know as well as providing the most extensive test batteries. All live class time is spent on preparing for exams. So far every person that has taken my certification classes prepared in this way have passed exams.

Happy with the class. I actually got recordings of a previous class along with the class I attended. The instructor and the support staff were very helpful. I received additional material from the instructor which helped me while solving the mock tests. Taking the test next week.

I just completed the 4-day online PMP training course following a LinkedIn message solicitation, and it was TERRIBLE. I feel no better prepared for the test than I did beforehand. This course originally listed for $1599, but with a promo code, I "only" paid $799. Here are my reasons for saying I wish I hadn't spent even that much:
1. The course lacked a syllabus, daily agenda, or a specific outline of learning objectives for any of the 4 days. The attendees just got to download a file with about 15 pdfs, then try to guess which one we were starting on. These files were actually the best thing about the course - albeit not worth $799.
2. The instructor took over an hour of the first class just doing introductions and "getting to know" the class attendees... Waste of time, especially when we all spent a lot of money to get ready for the PMP exam.
3. The instructor appeared at times to be "winging it" by flipping incessantly between web pages and documents, following one tangent after another, claiming, "This is how I recommend you study."
4. The instructor spent the better part of 20 minutes of one class trying to "show us something cool" about his relationship to the original creators of the Agile methodology. At one point, he couldn't remember his email password, and couldn't resist his urge to curse about it.
5. There were no intermediate quizzes or knowledge checks to determine if the class had mastered the material that was presented in such a haphazard way.
6. I felt the instructor was unprofessional, and did not take his job seriously to prepare us to pass the exam. Instead, he was happy to send us a trial link to a third-party paid website that included "everything we needed." Great. What did I just pay $799 for again?
7. We spent a TOTAL of 30 minutes (out of 32 hours!) going over practice questions on the final day. For a test that is known for the difficult and sometimes tricky wording of its questions, this was abhorrent.
Finally, if anyone wants proof of any of this, MSys was kind enough to send me the class recordings as evidence of their complete incompetence and awful product. Thank you.

I went through the PMP Training with MSys Training via online live training. It was as good as I gets because nothing can be better than the in person live interaction of a well ran training session. But, considering the period we're living through, the trainer did a good job with the group. Thank you!

My experience with these folks was good. They requested to post the review so here I am.

The trainer was good, course curriculum was well structured and Alex was very helpful. The only area I think they can improve on is giving out venue details sooner. This would have helped me save some bucks on hotel.

Planning on doing PMP next and MSy will be my first choice.

Didn't find any wow factor, I guess PMP training is not that entertaining! However, the class served its purpose. The support stuff at MSys were very helpful and Jonathan was the best instructor till date. I am confident this will be a profitable investment.

I had a few bumps in the road but MSys worked diligently to resolve the issue. They gave me access to the Lean Six Sigma content for the technical issues I experienced during training. The customer service representative Alex was very helpful and resolved all issues as quickly as possible.

Just finished my PMP Training and it is really great. They have really nice and knowledgeable trainers along with a very smooth process. I will definitely recommend this to anyone

Awesome Six Sigma Learning Class!!

Just completed my second class of Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Course with MSys Training. What a great experience.

When I signed up, I did not expect this level of depth to be covered. I am pleasantly surprised to see that MSys Training courses are designed very well. Over the past few weeks, this course equipped me with a lot of learning that is readily usable at work.

MSys instructor was very knowledgeable. He not only helped us learn the theory, but also provided practical real life examples and applications of six sigma across varied industries. The sheer volume of the hands on material shows how much effort he put into the preparation for the class. His material will help me even after the class when I will work with real life projects at work. It is something that will be with me for guidance even in the future..

Over all a great learning experience. I highly recommend MSys Training for anyone who is interested in advanced education in this field.

Amazing experience with MSys.

MSys Training has a very good PMP course structure. Sessions are extremely informative. Every Concept was explained by taking examples through which we can connect to the concepts easily. It was a great learning experience with MSys Training.

Furthermore, MSys Training has a great course structure overall. We learned about all the concepts in a logical fashion, and great examples were given during the sessions. Also, important tips were given regarding the actual exam. I found the classes to be well paced and very informative.

Great learning experience. Thank you MSys Training for making it lively & enjoyable.

Update to my previous bad rating and their dishonest reply:

A MSys rep replied telling me that I would get my money back on May 28, 2019. I still have not gotten my money back as of June 11, 2019. The third party vendor has explained to me that they are having trouble getting in contact with you. Yet you're quick to respond to a rating.

Secondly, the MSys rep responded to my review stating they "tried" to accommodate me when others turned me down. Well who turned me down? No one turned me down for anything. I signed up for a class (based on the early dates) in exchange for my hard earned money. If those dates were not posted I would have signed up for a legit organization in the first place. Here's an idea, if you're not going through with the class how about you STOP taking people's money for said class!!

MSys is a corrupt and disgraceful organization.

MSys Training fabricated a quote from our employee to endorse its own services, then published the false endorsement on its own website as well as at least two other places online. We did not provide a quote to MSys and they did not have permission to use our name, logo, or brand in any way. The articles and photos have since been removed, but MSys’s dishonest, misleading, and inappropriate actions should be cause for concern for anyone considering their services.

I attended Green Belt online class. It was detailed and surprisingly very informative. I was hesitant initially as I always disliked online classes, however, Msys changed my point of view.

Overall experience with MSys Training has been great. Have taken up a course for PMP last month and my experience with the instructor and the customer support was awesome. Have faced a few issues with the discount coupons but the customer support has been supportive and made it smooth.

The Instructor was Knowledgeable and has industry experience with deep fundamental insights.

I will surely recommend Msys Training to friends and co-workers.

I am very upset about my whole experience with ICert Global.
I signed up at MsysTraining website for Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in person Training from Jun 26th to Jun 30th. The training was provided by ICert Global.
The instructor was not having deep knowledge understanding of concepts. He had no industrial experience on how to apply the concepts in real life projects.
He was reading through the slides. He skipped almost 80% of the concepts, charts, applications, calculations in the Measure and Analyze Phase.
When we ask any questions, he either gave an answer which is not correct or trying to make it up on the go. He often searched for the answers online for basic questions.
At the end of 4 days, when I look at the sample test / course content, most of the sections looked new to me.
Course:
I had an expectation that paying $1800 for a course will be very valuable and I will have professionals to collaborate with. But when I went for the training, it was me and my other friend (we both signed up together) and one more attendee (3 people).
All the courses I attended so far in my career, the organizer provided course materials or printed handouts. No books / handouts provided for the training. The instructor printed few pages of the PowerPoint slide he was given and handed out on day 3 and 4. No projector was provided in the meeting room for the instructor to present.
The instructor was reading slide after slide, and using incorrect terms and giving incorrect explanation. He was switching between phases of Six sigma constantly which was very confusing. We didn’t get any handouts to follow him.
The instructor skipped all the areas which talks about charts, or calculations. He spent almost an hour and half during first 3 days and 3 hours on last day to through the sample questions. He kept repeating the same questions to make us memorize the answer instead of spending time in explaining the concepts.
Online Materials:
The Icert global online portal has video for each session, when I tried to go through it, the audio of the session and the information displayed on the screen was not matching, its more distracting and not useful at all.
I had an expectation that after this course, without spending hours of reading I will learn the key concepts and the tools used in Six Sigma to improve the quality of any process. Now it turns out like even after paying $1800 and going through the training, I had to go through the pain of reading the book in detail to understand how each tools are used.
I had wasted 4 days of time and money on this course. I cannot recommend or write ICert / MSys Training a positive review at this point and would appreciate a refund

I attended the LSSBB training scheduled from 06/26/2018 to 06/29/2018. The training was extremely poor and disappointing. I left the training not knowing any more about six sigma than I did entering the training. These are some of the primary issues with the training

- The trainer did not have an understanding of the course material
- The trainer knowledge about six sigma was extremely poor. He was unable to explain basic concepts and at times made up answers.
- Key areas of six sigma were not touched upon and no training on those areas were imparted.
- The video content on ICERT Global is sub par. The audio does not match the video and the video keeps getting stuck

Based on these points, there is no way that i'm going to be able to attempt any six sigma exam without undergoing rigorous training or self learning. The training was a total waste of time and what was discussed over 4 days could have been covered in a single day. Each day was a repetition of the previous day's high level training.

After communicating with the Msystraining team, their response was basically that i should have highlighted the issues day 1 and that providing this feedback after training was completed was not going to get me a refund. Additionally, while they didn't outright acknowledge the poor course content. The tried to lay the responsibility of identifying the poor course content at my feet.

I will definitely not be attending any of their training classes again.

The live online training course for the PMI-ACP exam was a joke. The slides were frequently incorrect (and the instructor agreed). The practice questions during the course were also frequently incorrect so the instructor skipped a lot of them or openly disagreed with answers provided.

The company offers 3 free exam simulation tests. The answers and descriptions for the answers did not match so I don't know what I actually missed or why. I sent screenshots to the company with no response except to send me my certificate for completing the course. The practice exams were made up mostly of questions that were not covered during the 3 day course. So I don't know if there was information missing from the course materials or if the practice exams are out of date or just plain wrong.

Terrible experience, not worth the money, other good options available from different companies.

Excellent training. Instructor was knowledgeable and easy to follow. He made sure that we understood the topics and reviewed the material with us.
