Mortgage broker service very slow to respond. Said she would ball back but I had to always make the calls. 8 weeks process and then another fortnight with no call back to confirm last status

Team was great to deal with always easy to get a hold of if I had any questions and were always quick to reply

The service was very responsive, timely and went above and beyond to service my needs, including responding outside of normal business hours. This meant a lot as financing was needed at such short notice due to unforeseeable circumstances. It took the stress out of the situation.
