Dean Patterson, New Plymouth MTF was fantastic to deal with as per usual, he always gives us the best service and makes it easy.
We were not happy with the asking of all the personal information and photo ID again after being clients for over 20years and having borrowed for multiple vehicle's
Never have we defaulted or been late on a payment.
A little bit of loyalty trust back would go a long way for returning borrowers. Interest rate is high too for long term returning clients even with today's economy, We were offered a lot lower rate but strayed with MTF out of loyalty for Dean. Probably not
the smart move for us really?????

Dean Patterson and his team assisted us in one day with our request! He is super efficient and a real pro at what he does!

Dean made the process so simple, he helped us “oldies” thru our recent purchase of a caravan, over the phone! We didn’t have to travel an hour to visit, uncomplicated over phone and internet… simple, done.
