I am writing this review to formally document my negative experience with this company regarding my refinance application in hopes that others do not experience this.. Despite FHA regulations normally prohibiting loans for properties with bathrooms under construction, your Director and initial loan officer repeatedly assured me they could secure approval even though another company was unable to do so.
Based on the Director’s explicit instructions that we would close by the 15th of May. 2026, I followed his advice to withhold my mortgage payment. Without the promised prior notification, my card was charged $645.00 for an appraisal. Although the Director insisted we would close by the 25th at the latest to avoid a late payment report, the loan did not close.A call from the Director indicating that they could no longer work on my loan unless I gave them back the authorization and signed their document. After making my daughter cry uncontrollably and me visibly shaken I complied. For days I was bombarded by calls telling me not to pay the mortgage. After a few days , the calls stopped and my calls were not returned
. Out of the blue, I received a text from a contractor stating he wanted to come and do an estimate. He indicated he worked with Mortgage Pros even though he was in Monmouth County NJ. The Director assured me that he would pay for the renovation of the bathroom to get the loan. At that time, I was informed that he was unable to get me the FHA loan, but would fix it. The text was from someone named Joe that told the unknown contractor that I was old and not tech savvy. That is predatory. The Branch Manager, Rivan, called me to discuss my request for a refund, to which he replied absolutely. He said he processed it and I would receive it in 5-7 business days. It has been weeks and I still have not received my money which I understand is common based on the reviews I have read. I then sent a detailed email to the owner, who never responded. I would never recommend this company.,
I want my money back as promised.
