Délai, réactivité, à revoir.
2 commandes passées 8437 et 8473 le 20/01 et le 23/01/2026, la première reçue 23 jours plus tard le vendredi 13/02, la seconde '(pourtant annoncé en livraison 48h" sur le site MTHOR) non honorée et remboursée 20 jours plus tard après de multiples relances via le seul moyen de communication avec le site, WhatsApp, dont le service client ressemble plus à du service public qu'à une entreprise privée. Réactivité très moyenne, environ 4h pour une réponse, souvent très répétitive, pas très efficace et un tantinet soporifique, de 9h à 18h30 et pas le we. Site minimaliste, dont le statut "bloque" parfois et sur certains profils. 2 étoiles pour l'authenticité du produit qui lui est effectivement est irréprochable. Mais c'est tout.

thieves and scammers!!! Do not buy from them under any circumstances.
I ordered a pair of Jordan 1s and a cleaning kit, but I received a box containing an empty shoe box with no space for the cleaning kit. I contacted customer service, sending photos and everything they asked for. After keeping me waiting for 5 months, they told me that since I received the package and opened it, they couldn't do anything, that they were sorry, but I had paid a lot of money for an empty box and I just had to accept it.
