Groin pain finally gone after 10 years!
I'm a football player. Pain and problems in my groin area was following me (sometimes more, sometimes less) for over 10 years! I bought the 10-week course in summer. In the beginning of the season I still played with pain, and although I only really focused on the first part (MFR, breathing and a bit posture) in this four months, I'm happy that I finally found the way to ultimately recover from that trauma, since I had really big problem again for over one year.
Will continue with the other modules now during the winter break and don't even want to imagine in what shape I possibly may be in the second half of the season. I know, sounds too good to be true, but that's just how it is and how I feel.
I can 100% recommend, especially for those with chronic pain where nothing else has helped yet. It's crazy what I tried and did already in my life and how fast it actually went well, when you finally understand to work with the body, not against it.

I bought Mads online course after first reading his book, and I’m truly greatful for learning his insights and perspectives on health. I’m using my toe spacers almost daily, and have visible improvement already.
I will also like to mention the Bio feedback band, which I truly enjoy. I have the pleasure of using it as a resistance band in multiple workout, without getting the friction on my skin as the rubber kind.

Helped Me As An Athlete
I found out about Mads’ work on Instagram in the midst of the pandemic. Obviously, it gave me time to really dive into his methods and exercise them for my self. I’ve been able to understand my body a lot more, relieve pains and quickly overcome injuries through MFR, grounding, cold showers, and proper sleeping routines. I purchased his book and course as well and I have been using the applications to this day.

for anyone looking for thoughtful and science-based health is a must. What is promised here is not a quick, miraculous cure, but rather instructions on how to bring the body back to its natural shape on your own responsibility. My symptoms have drastically reduced and the training is an essential part of my routine. Any time again 💪

In my experience, Mads is miles ahead of the big majority of the mainstream health industry atm. It is obvious to me he has put his soul into researching different philosophies and put the best of it together, and done a hell of a job doing so!
Would really recommend his book to every human that is interested in learning more about sleep/ nutrition/breathing or just improving general health.
The 10 week course is imo one of the best ways to learn about human movement. Would really recommend if u are struggling with pains/ dysfunctions (movement/ posture). Also if u are any kind of physcial therapist/ movement coach the course is a no brainer.
a different approach on fitness
Mads gives a very unique view on fitness and how to train for optimal biomechaics. Sometimes its not that easy to practicate, but in general his teachings are great input and will influence my training history forever.

Biomechanics is a new thing to many, but it has been around. I have done it for a while now and its been great for me. Also, easy to do at home.

A very unique approach on sport and biomechanics. Stil haven't had time to go through the entire 10 weeks course but I'm happy to be able to do so whenever its gonna be more ok for me to do.
I was a bit disappointed by the fact that I don't have some of the tools needed for exercises and it seems easier when you go to the gym or have al the equipment at home.
