Friendly response and quick delivery are good. However, the website is slightly less convenient. Still, it is a company that provides good service at a good price.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff, recommended gloves fit perfectly.
And super fast delivery to UK, took 3 days.
Even with quite expensive delivery, Shin guards, gloves, and 2 sets of hand wraps were around 25% cheaper if I would buy in the UK.
Happy with the order, x

Resposta da Muay Thai Direct
Dear Anastasia,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review here. We appreciate all feedback from our customers, as it helps us improve our services.
Upon reviewing your order, our records indicate that we shipped your order on time, as promised. However, it appears that during the delivery process, you made arrangements with the courier to pick up the order by yourself. Unfortunately, they did not receive any further instructions from you. We also have followed up with you regarding this matter through email.
Giving a 1-star review for an issue that we did not cause is disheartening, as it negatively affects our overall score. We take pride in providing excellent customer service and want to address any concerns or issues promptly.
We kindly request that you reconsider your review and take the necessary steps to arrange for delivery or pick up with the shipping company. Our aim is to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible and have a positive experience with our business.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to resolving this matter and making sure you are completely satisfied.

Thank you very much for ordering from us again, Stéphane! We appreciate your support. Unfortunately duty and customs charges are sometimes imposed when it enters some countries especially in Europe. Nonetheless, we are happy that everything went well. We hope your daughter is enjoying her new gloves!

Thanks a lot for your review Asad! We appreciate your support.
Good quality
It is really good quality could be faster but I guess that isn't their fault. The package could be more protective since it is just a bag and for the price its really risky.

Thank you for leaving us a review Fatihkaan. We apologize for that. Unfortunately we had to use a different shipping courier during that time as there were some issues here in Thailand (It's resolved now). Hope you're having a great time with your new gear!
