The quality , colour and pattern were not the same as advertised. Have tried to get a refund but offer me $40 and keep the outfit, but the outfit cost me $121.
I have been back and forth with emails and no luck. They are dishonest. Do not buy from them.

Took a little longer to arrive than expected but happy with dress.

One swimsuit was not sized like the other I purchased

I ordered 4 items from them, 2 items I was happy with. The 2 dresses I am having an issue with, on the site looked like they were made out of a fabric like linen or very similar to linen. They will not refund me as they said they only give refunds for quality issues. I repeatedly told them the fabric is not what they advertised, it is cheap polyester and that falls under quality issues. Out of $82 they offered me a $16 refund which I refused. In the end I had to call my bank to dispute the charges

I purchased three dresses (one of which was a mistake duplicate order). None of the dresses fit me. When I asked for their return policy, they said that I needed "Authorization" to return the product, I wrote for the "authorization" and they returned and offered me $14 to keep the product (which cost me $144) and not return it. Of course, I said no, I wanted all of my money back and as the items were unused, returned as soon as received (because they did not fit me) were in original packaging with labels etc. They then responded and offered me $30. Again, I said no, and now they are saying that they only offer full refunds on items where there is a "quality issue" and they can 'give' me $50 and I don't have to return the goods. This is not fair, completely dishonest and bordering on a total rip off. Nowhere on their website does it talk about this ludicrous return BS, it makes the entire process sound simple and yet it's not. They will not provide me with a physical address, telephone number, or anyone to talk to, I have to wait days to get responses to emails and as such, I would say that these guys are total RIP OFF MERCHANTS - DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The dresses were not even decent quality fabrics, not worth it.

I ordered swimsuits and the fit was off for me. I was quite disappointed as I really loved the quality and colors of the swim suits, I feel they are well made for what you are paying for. When I emailed customer service for the return process, they dealt with the issue immediately and I was happy with the outcome. I will not hesitate to order again. Customer service 5*****.

It took much longer to be delivered than what is stated on their website. The cost of delivery was more money than the cost of the product. I expected faster than one month. Otherise I am happy with the product.

It took over 20 days for the package to arrive. It would have been nice if they indicated it would be shipped internationally. Otherwise product is nice. Unfortunately the swimsuit was about a size too small.. Fortunately I've been working on loosing weight and hope to be able to wear it in about 1 or 2 months.

Ordered on 24th August. Money taken , double the cost as they said that I ordered twice. No goods recieved and now says my order was cancelled. No word, no goods, no refund.
