Great product, excellent response time and very good customer service that I benefited from before my purchase. 2 issues though. (i) I live in Canada and the order page of the website gives you the impression that you can benefit from free shipping in Canada when it is not the case; (ii) also I bought a travel shaving soap thinking I was buying the container and the soap when I was only buying the soap for recharge, which leaves me in a bind - my mistake, but not so clear on the website.

This is my second purchase of the Grapefruit and Mint Aftershave Lotion, a product I proudly support. The soothing feel on my skin after shaving and the wonderful scent that my wife adores on me goes without saying! It is smooth, applies without any unpleasant texture, and is my daily use facial product, even if I dont shave that morning. I am very happy with this Muhle Shaving product and stand by its quality!

It gives a close, excellent shave. Definitely not for beginners, though.

I have yet to suffer buyer's remorse with Muhle. Deliveries are consistently on time, securely wrapped in elegant packaging. The quality of Muhle products and service is always a pleasure!

This razor will be my 1st razor blade ever! Reading the “How-tos” as a 1st timer has been given me a sense when to appreciate good information. The Muhle vivo safety razor was the only one I found on Amazon with the highest rating. My experience comes full circle learning how fast & supportive is your customer service.

The site was a really easy to navigate. I got my order very quickly after ordering. Well packaged for shipping. I purchased a safety razor and am very pleased with it. Fit and finish are excellent. Mechanically perfect. Seems like a German stereotype! Ha!

Bad customer service, expensive shavers gave me a rash, products are bad in general. They don't respond to customer inquiries.

My husband is VERY particular about the products he uses. When his original shave soap stopped being manufactured, I bought him a few options to choose from. The Mühle aloe vera has become his favorite. He even admitted it was better than his original choice. Great company, great product.

Superb shaving brush

Very easy to order and received exactly what was ordered.

With much anticipation, I received my new shaving set with a fusion razor and synthetic brush with a porcelain shaving cream bowl and it has made shaving a pleasure. The brush is very soft and gets the lather going. The sandalwood scent is very pleasant. I get a real close shave without any nicks and scrapes. 😁 it’s no longer a battle. 😂
