I liked that it was in depth and analyzed 4 primary areas and showed where I scored in each. Didn't love the pay wall to get my results after I'd spent the time on it, but the discount was great. I would not have paid $15, but $1.25 was fine. I would have liked a little more guidance/advice on where to go from here, concrete next steps, etc.

I'm so sick of these garbage companies who utilize deceptive subscription practices, misleading auto-renewal, and negative-option billing. This company treats any failure to cancel as consent to continue charging you. The recurring subscription was preselected and otherwise designed so that someone reasonably thinks they're making a one-time purchase when in actuality they're signing up for a subscription. This is a dark pattern that includes a user interface designed to steer people into choices they wouldn't otherwise make.

Per their customer service: "I also want to clarify our 14-day refund policy, as it is sometimes misunderstood. The 14-day window is strictly applicable only if no digital content has been accessed. Because our system automatically logs you in and grants full access to the dashboard, results and assessment materials immediately upon completing the trial purchase, the statutory right to a refund is waived. We are therefore unable to process a refund for the current billing cycle."

This to me means that the 14-day window for a refund is applicable if no digital content has been accessed but you automatically get logged in to the dashboard which counts as accessing digital content and therefore they won't process a refund.
