This is a scam site. They offer a low price for 1 test and then they auto enroll you in two seperate subscriptions. If you don't read the fine print, you are screwed. Contacting them results in form email replies from a Bot, not a human. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Have to dispute charges with credit card company

This is a scam. I bought a test for $1.25 but was then charged $69.90 for two subscriptions that I hadn’t agreed to purchase.

The email I received from the company after purchase did not warn me of the subscriptions.

They included a link to a receipt. Unless you click through to the receipt, you have no way of knowing that they are charging you $69.90 per month for subscriptions you don’t know about and didn’t consent to.

0 star if I could. Only wanted to trial and cancelled it right away. Have proof of all this. They still charged me citing I didn't cancel it in time. The emails must be run by AI as they aren't acknowledging my issues.

I would give it 0 stars. They charge you $1 for a test - ok - but somewhere apparently then you’re subscribed and get a $40 bill they refuse to reverse. Super scammy. Hard to cancel.

The sign up process was not clear to me, and I believed I was paying $1 simply to receive a report. I did not intend to sign up for an ongoing subscription.
Once I realised there was a subscription, I cancelled it. However, payments have continued to come out of my account including additional charges just two days apart, even after cancellation.
I have contacted the company asking them to explain why I am still being charged after the subscription was cancelled, but I have not received an answer.
I am now having to chase unauthorised charges with my bank and deal with this situation while recovering from major surgery. What should have been a simple $1 report has turned into a frustrating and stressful experience.

I have cancelled the subscription twice and I am still seeing payments being taken.
At this point, I would strongly recommend being extremely careful about entering your payment details unless you are completely clear on what you are signing up for.

I hope the company responds, stops the charges immediately, and refunds the payments taken after cancellation.

Stole money doesn't make subscription clear sells 2 dollar test and bills you 60aud in the next few days and refused to refund! SCAMMING DISHONEST AND GREEDY
