Multplx Avaliações

First of all, I received a great service from Multplx, calling me directly as it showed in their record that I have not yet received the product within the expected time. He promised to check on it within 48 hours and will send a replacement product via Fedex. The next day, they already shipped the replacement product to me. I was very impressed with the service that was given to me. Secondly, the product in itself was great as it addresses a specific need and it's a very smart solution. Thirdly, back to the customer service, Multplx provided me with a discount code on my followup order for the cable and fix point. They made the price closer to the combo. Excellent service and excellent product.

The customer service was excellent. When I contacted them for help. They responded very fast. And the product is excellent.

The product is great, but even better was the entire purchasing process with incredible, expedient international delivery.
Just brilliant. Have already begun recommending.

Surprised at how easy it works! And the delivery was less than 1 week!

Aside from the outrageously amazing customer service (personally reaching out to me to double check if the address is correct, and then going out of their way to fix an issue with the address and dealing with fed-ex etc) - which is pretty much unheard of these days… the product itself is amazing. It’s intuitive, compact and feels like a quality product. Am using it at a conference to secure my laptop and at night, securing the 32” display.

100% recommend this product and all round and excellent service and purchase.

Thank you 🙏🏼

The perfect solution for computer companies who do not care to provide the Kensington slot to secure your laptop when out and about.

In response to the lack of a slot to secure a locking cable on Microsoft's Surface Laptop 4 (and perhaps other laptop makes and models) this company has invented a lock that uses the input on the laptop for a 3.5mm headphone jack. I purchased the lock and cable for the lock, and it is a complete solution to the problem. The cable is quite long and allows the computer to be secured not just to a table leg but to a nearby structural element of the building, if available. The system works beautifully.

Shipping was fast, Nine days from London to a rural address. Product works great and looks nice as well. Well done.

Useful product for those who don't have a kensington lock hole on their laptop.

Needed a lock for my new laptop as it didn't have a Kensington locking slot, this product was perfect and quick delivery.

Beautifully constructed!
Worked as described!
Arrived promptly .

Works as advertised. Fits my Dell perfectly. Fantastic delivery time from ordering.

I was in contact with Sham Rahman since I couldn't get the lock to fit perfectly with my Macbook. We had a call on the day after I raised the issue by e-mail and fixed my problem. This is incredible customer service and I highly recommend buying from them. I now feel much more secure knowing that my Macbook is protected.

Completely smooth transaction. The product is excellent and works perfectly.

Shamim Rahman was excellent to work with! He listened patiently to me explaining my issue with the lock and was able to explain it was a user error problem (which was ultimately my fault ) but was more than willing to send me another lock at no charge! Now that is what I call going above and beyond service! Thanks much Shamim!!

This works perfectly like it's supposed to. I'm glad I found a lock option for my Mac mini.

I got a call from the UK asking if I still had questions as the chat I started never opened so I just made the purchase and almost immediately, my cell rang with the UK call.

I had a problem with shipment to EU and it was handled with quickly by the company.
