Multplx Avaliações

I bought a new laptop with no Kensington lock slot; I travel for work and have to leave my laptop in a lot of possibly un-secure environments and was very frustrated with the lack of a slot. I did a lot of searching on line and stumbled across Multplx. At first I was looking at the block and the cable. I have a cable; further research revealed I could just buy the block. I did and I absolutely love it. It is small, elegant, easy to use and secure. If I need audio from my laptop I need to unscrew it, but mostly, when I'm on the road, I leave the block connected and insert and remove my kensington lock.

Great option for locking up computers without a lock slot (Kensington). Had a hard time sourcing out a laptop lock that wasn't glued to the laptop surface. This is a clever and unique solution using the headphone jack. Small enough and out of the way so that I can be kept on all the time. My daughter is using this daily in her university residence. Service was outstanding as well! It shipped out quickly to Canada - took a few days once leaving the UK but overall no surprises (additional costs).

The product is fine and it works, however I am not sure it is worth the amount I paid for it. I would not recommend the product to anyone, but would not say it is not worth getting if it is the only thing that fits your computer.

Great customer service. I can say it’s second to none. My only recommendation is a video link for new users. Now I can lock my laptops to the table to avoid theft.

Thank you!

Great innovation. Easy to install. Took 12 days to arrive from UK to Aust.

The service culture at this organization is admirable. This is the epitome of service. Prompt response to service issues, quick replacement even if it’s customer error!! There’s a skill to setting the lock. I’d recommend a link to a video so all new buyers won’t have issues setting a new code.

I most certainly recommend multplx to everyone!

Updated review: I don’t know why my emails didn’t get directed to the proper individuals, but I was contacted right away after posting my first review. Multplx’s account director called me on his day off and he helped me resolve my lock situation. He did go above and beyond with his customer service. Please disregard my earlier review. Thanks

I’m having an issue with the cable lock, and I have emailed your company twice asking for help from someone in support, but I have not received any reply back! I am very disappointed in your lack of customer service.

The other issue I have with the combo lock is that the numbers are hard to read. There needs to be more contrast between the numbers and the metal.

Fantastic service and product. I contacted support for assistance in using their laptop security lock system and they were quick to respond and very polite and patient in walking me through the setup process to ensure nothing went wrong.

Great support and product as advertised.
Shamim Rahman jumped in when we had a minor hiccup that was outside of their control and did above and beyond the call of duty.
Will be singing their praise to any that will hear.

Placed my order on Friday, and received it at my home on the following Tuesday. (Shipped from England to Canada.)

The lock works on the laptop as expected. Far better idea than gluing a lock slot onto the laptop.

The product works as advertised. I would recommend.

Not as tight of a connection as I had thought. Still a great solution for laptops or other devices the have an audio jack port and no Kensington security slot built in.

Great products! They were able to respond quickly when there was a delay in delivery. I was satisfied with their service!

Looks to be the solution we needed for a new lenovo yoga for college. Took a bit to get here because of Customs slowness on US side. It sat in Chicago post office for a week. I only mention to warn if purchasing for a specific date make sure to leave plenty of shipping time

Great service, express delivery, great product

I am very happy with Multplx. I placed and order and customer service called to find out if I ordered the correct item and I'm glad they did otherwise I would have ordered the wrong item. Excellent company to do business with.

Outstanding service. Great product

Great service and fast delivery! I had some problems with the mail provider but it has been solved by Multplx by sending me another lock. The lock itself is very stable and flexible, I don’t need to worry about anything. It is very easy to use, too. All in all I‘m satisfied and would recommend this lock and this website.

Very good product, the Kensington slot on my son's laptop was very flimsy, utilising the audio jack port (does not use it as his headphones are wireless) with the Multplx has now made his machine as secure as it can reasonably be - very pleased with the result.
