Low Rate Customer Service
Low Rate Customer Service. I ordered a shirt and they made a special offer for a pair of shoes. Upon check out, I noticed that the shoe size was not the size I choose. I hit the “back button” and it took me to the home page AND place my order, with the incorrect shoe size. I immediately sent a message to Customer Service. Now, to their credit, Customer Service responded almost immediately. But to make 16 emails short, bottom line is it is my problem to take care of. I’ll have to wait for the order to come in, go through the Return Process and wait even longer for what I ordered. Basically their “customer service” is absolutley no help at all. And to pay the premium prices this company charges for their merchandise, I expect Customer Service that can acutally help me with an issue and take care of it for me. But there is a lot of competition in the sports clothing industry and I will be trying a new company for my future purchases.
