Peter and his colleagues were kind, considerate and informative. We were first time buyers and didn't know the exact procedure of buying a house and how mortgages worked exactly. Peter looked at our circumstances and gave us various options that would suit our circumstances. It was a delight to have someone at the end of the phone that we could chat with about the process and someone that felt like they had time for us, this could't be said for the other parties we had to deal with (solicitors,estate agent and seller).
