Hi Jeff,

We sincerely apologize for the frustration surrounding your order and the confusion with the tracking updates. We have emailed and texted you directly because we genuinely want to help clarify the situation and make sure you are taken care of properly.

Your supermoto wheel set was dispatched internationally, and the reason USPS currently shows that they have not received the package is because the shipment is still in the international transit stage. With these wheel sets, tracking typically does not begin scanning until the shipment physically enters the United States and is handed over to USPS domestically. This unfortunately can make it appear as though only a label was created, even while the shipment itself is actively moving through transit overseas.

These wheel kits are sourced internationally and normally take approximately 8–16 business days, though customs and freight delays can occasionally extend transit closer to a month depending on import processing.

We completely understand your concern seeing limited tracking movement and we absolutely should have communicated the international tracking process more clearly from the beginning. We are continuing to monitor your shipment closely and are actively assisting you directly through email as well.

Again, we truly apologize for the experience and appreciate your patience while the shipment completes transit into the United States.

We’re sorry for the confusion and frustration here. The rotor you received was a slightly updated version of the product from TB Electric, and we were not made aware of the change or provided updated photos on our end. That said, we understand how this could be unexpected and we take responsibility for not catching it sooner.

We’ve already sent you a prepaid return label via email, and once the item is on its way back, we’re more than happy to issue a full refund, including the return shipping cost.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve and ensure our listings stay accurate moving forward.
