Appointment informative and all of my questions were answered. Professional gentleman who explained the procedure fully.

Good service, nice person. Would recommend.

Gave lots of information asked lots of questions and ask if you needed to ask anything

Good service, quick and professional. All my ear wax was removed in one session and hearing restored.

The procedure was clearly explained to me and didn't take long to do. Slightly uncomfortable but nothing major. Results were impressive and it's fantastic to be able to hear clearly again-very happy.

I recently had hearing issues do to a build up of ear wax. The audiologist was friendly, explained things clearly and thorough. I was shown before and after images in my ear and could see a big difference after the procedure ! Would highly recommend

Highly recommend this ear clinic service. First time I’ve ever needed my ears cleaning out & was looked after well. Didn’t know what to expect but the whole process was quick & painless… happy to have my full hearing back to normal 🙌🏽

Very happy both me and wife attended and were very satisfied👍

Brilliant service.
Appointment was punctual and the treatment given was excellent. Sajjad who carried out the procedure was exceptional and caring.

Cannot fault the service at all and am soooo pleased with the outcome. I booked an appointment on-line for my Dad (aged 92) and got one within 24 hours. Sajjad was really patient and gentle as my Dad was quite nervous. He explained the process and the result was immediate. It's a big relief as Dad's ability to hear has been diminishing for many months and he's amazed - it's given him his life back, especially as he also has limited vision. We were seen spot on the appointment time and I'm glad I've found such an excellent service so close to home with plenty of parking space too. Very reasonably priced and no waiting lists to contend with.

Sajjad explained the entire procedure prior to starting and made sure I was comfortable. He was very professional and performed the removal effortlessly. Will definitely recommend!!

Thank you Sajj for fitting me in last minute yesterday to get my ears cleaned out. Explained to me in full detail would be happening and kept asking me if I was okay throughout the procedure.10/10 would recommend.

Excellent service my son has been suffering for a while with ear wax. My ear are was amazing and would definatly recommend this service 5****

Professional, friendly service. I was seen on time and kept informed throughout the procedure. A much more modern way to have your ears cleaned via a teeny tiny vacuum cleaner. A strange sensation but totally painless and very efficient. A massive step up from having your ears syringed !

Amazing service from start to finish. Professional and friendly service and very informative. Would highly recommend this service and will definitely be visiting again.
