Absolutely the worst travel agent. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. STAY AWAYAS FAR AS POSSIBLE. If you want 100% travel stress, use TP!
We have to use Travel Planet as employer travel agent. They are utterly awful and incredibly incompetent.
TP charges a fee for the employer to actually book a flight, say Easyjet, themselves, to then not get any flight and checkin info after booking!
After more than a week of making the booking ourselves via TP, we still have zero actual flight information, 'pending provider' is all it says.
My first email request for actual flight info got replied to only saying they 'were investigating', but nothing since. After leaving a voice message and being rung back, they again said they'd look into it, but nothing happening. Multi emails later, no reply either.
My trip in Feb was a nightmare too, TP had not actually paid the hotel, not even on the day of departure. It required multiple agree voice messages to get them to pay. Luckily the hotel allowed us to leave as otherwsie we would have missed our work meeting!
