Made a mistake when ordering, my fault. Asked for refund seen as I hadn't displayed the game key. They gave me a refund minus the service fee. Ridiculous business practice. I won't use them again. I wouldn't recommend others to use them either.

Got to check out. It has been saying 'this may take a while' for half an hour so far. Use LOADED (used to be called CDKeys) I have used these many times and never had any problems at all. This ENEBA company is a joke!

J’ai payé, j’ai été débité, et je n’ai jamais rien reçu. J'ai eu la patience de leur montrer 20 fois les preuves de paiement et les preuves que la commande n'apparaissait pas dans mon historique à cause de leur système défaillant. Mais ces incapables refusent d'assumer. Quand on a des responsabilités, on assume, surtout face à des preuves concrètes. Ne pas le faire, c'est être un handicapé de la responsabilité et un lâche.

Sachez que moi, j'ai des grose bien placer . Je suis Espagnol, je ne suis pas un mouton comme beaucoup de personne et je ne me laisserai jamais tondre par des gens comme vous. J'ai déjà fait votre réputation partout autour de moi : j'ai dit à tout mon entourage de ne plus jamais mettre un centime sur votre plateforme de chiens.

Do not use this website. I bought a steam key from this website after being recommended it through a CDkey comparison site but it has caused me nothing but headaches. They gave me a steam key which when used says it is a duplicate and when contacting steam support to ask when the key was activated they advised the steam key was stolen. When you have also finally gathered all the so called 'evidence' to prove that the key is faulty their system automatically forwards the complaint to the seller of said stolen key. I have yet to get a reply and doubt I will. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely ridiculous. I purchased a visa gift card that was advertised as ‘anywhere they accept visa pr Mastercards you can use this card’ which is very much not the truth! I have tried several sites and will not work and the company tells me just try another merchant. When asked why that was the case since it was purchased based on the fact that it can be used literally anywhere mastercarca ne visa are accepted they had no answer, I suggested that’s false advertising and they did not care. Still unable to find a merchant able to accept this card!!!!

First off this site use to be great but it seems now they allow scammers to sell on it selling steam keys that after a few days Steam removes them from your account. 2 Keys in a row have been marked by steam as stolen. I contacted support but one transferred the issue to the seller second is still waiting for a responce. Both items are from the same seller. FlashDeals store. I used PayPal so if they don't get this sorted in a couple days max I will be talking to PayPal.

I've actually used Eneba before and gotten many codes. But now? They literally scammed me. They gave me used codes now. Trying to get CashApp to refund it since it was a scam. They Literally want that 10 Day Refund Timer to run out then contact you saying theres not enough evidence. And 22 days if your refund soes work? 22 FREAKING DAYS?!?! They want to double their money first before giving you back your money.

I received a used code. They did not respond to an error report. There was no solution.

Used in a fraudulent scheme to access a bank transfer, They wanted me to buy a Razer Gold Gift card of 100 or 200 euros.

Fraudsters have withdrawn money from my account. The explanation mentions this website. I did not make any payments. From the bank statement, I see this- Eneba order o-"herenumber". I send message to ENEBA support about cancel this order!!! Let's see what they say. And let's see what they do about the fraudulent charges! It has been 11 hours since I sent my request, and I have not received a response. My funds are still on hold! "I have also contacted my bank's security department and filed a police report!
In order to catch the person who stole my card, you need to give the police all the details, especially the IP address of the person who made the unauthorized purchase. This information is essential for the investigation!

I got some Steam cards and LITERALLY GOT SCAMMED BECAUSE I GOT USED CODES. I do not recommand

Just got charged by this company for something I didn't order or approve. I emailed them to try claim a refund and have been told there is nothing they can do and they refuse to help.
Horrible customer service. Probably a fake company.
I was in the middle of a concert when the order was placed with them. Stay away from this site and company.

ACHTUNG !! Vorsicht wenn man Geschäfte mit ENEBA abwickeln will. Es geht um reine Abzocke. Beschwert man sich gibt es 08/15 Antworten. Wollte Karte, überwies das Geld - ENDE ! Habe innerhalb von 24 Stunden die Vereinbarung gekündigt, da ich den Code nicht bekam. Bat darum mir das Geld zurück zu schicken. Heute, 6 Wochen danach habe ich diesbezüglich keine Antwort erhalten, keinen Code, kein Geld. Firma sitzt natürlich im Ausland. Eine Klage ist also sinnlos. Ein solches Verhalten nennt man im Strafrecht Betrug, Unterschlagung und Vortäuschung eines möglichen Geschäftes. Schade dass man noch einen Stern geben muss. Ist diese Firm nicht wert ! Ich denke das Geld kann ich mir abschminken und hake dies als weitere negative Erfahrung im internationalen Geschäftsleben ab !

Had a key that did not work. Gave proof that it did not work as per their overly complicated instructions. They are determined to make getting a refund as difficult as possible and want you to do everything from contacting Steam to waiting 1-5 business days. When your product doesn’t work, it like it’s your fault. Except you are the one getting ripped off here. Do not trust this website as its customer support is utterly dreadful. Stay far away if you value your money.
