I was scammed at the official store on airport. I paid 17eur for 50GB data package and only got 10GB. When you arrive at the airport they have a store at the exit and they are scamming people big time. You pay for big data packages and they only activate small data packages. You have no chance to find out, only when you leave the airport, because the prepaid card is active after 3hours. They only scan your passport give you the card and you only hope for the best.

Its a very bad company and they have 0 respect to their customers. Their hotline doesn’t work anymore and i cant even communicate with the customer service. Internet is very slow and inconsistent and i really wish they go bankrupt

140 Gb package is enough only for 12 days of watching YouTube 2-4 hours daily and playing games.Its horrible! And if you open any site or even my Russian bank application to make some transaction during 15-20 minutes , my We wi-fi traffic spend more (!) Megabits than for watching YouTube video during 1 hour (!) 🤔 How is that possible ?

To pay for wi-fi and don't get a normal quote to watch any videos or open any application or shopping sites during the month!
What's going on? Why don't have Normal unlimited internet like other normal
countries provide ?
I discovered that using We mobile internet packages more useful and safe your money better than wi-fi quoted internet !
So don't waste your time and money for WiFi internet in Egypt if you need it only for watching videos, social activities and playing games. Use mobile internet packages ! It will help you to safe alot of your money monthly !
