Pharmacy never received prescription. Staff largely unhelpfully. Multiple appointments cancelled in the lead up causing an extended gap in care. Issue still not resolved

The virtual consultation went well. The GP was friendly, considerate and helpful. His knowledge and support gave me a confidence in him.
We discussed varieties of the products available in the regions of my requirements.

I was told I would have an appointment but it wasn’t booked in. I had a video appointment a week ago and still not had my prescription or have been asked for payment so who knows when I will receive it. Not happy.

Absolutely appalling administration by…
Absolutely appalling administration by MyAccess and standard substandard service has been like this for the 2 years I’ve been with them. Just as 1 example I have not received my daytime medication now for nearly 2 months! I have called on 5 occasions in the last 7 weeks and asked for someone to get back to me but (no surprise) no one ever has, I am absolutely disgusted at the level of of incompetency and the unprofessionalism that I have had to put up with as a patient.
