THE MOST UNRELIABLE SERVICE, Lengthly delayed. WHAT A REGRET FOR THIS REAL MESS SERVICE. I orded carrot cake as a birthday present on 2nd for (6th Jan birthday), the cake was arrived on 9th(not 2-3 days as stated), when opened, it turned up as 'Sesame seeds big pack' NO CAKE!!!! Staff is useless, lack of communication. Promised to call back in 1 hour, but did not. I had call several times to inform the problem . I asked for a refund, staff refused, then the cake was delivered again on 13th. This time will be no use for us. This company has not made a mistake once, but several times according to the reveiws. I should read the reviews before ordered and I have remembered the quote “Only a fool learns from his own mistakes. The wise man learns from the mistakes of others.” Bad news spread fast. They should go to learn 'Total quaity management and total service delivery'

Never received the goods I ordered and no refund. Tracking information just stuck at 'label printed' stage ever since I made the payment. I didn't go to Trustpilot to post this review, My Africa Caribbean contacted me and asked me for my review of the purchase. So I've given one. It's possible this company is a scam.

Only place that has them
I have ordered from them twice now and so far have had a positive experience both times. They are the only ones with the rainbow cans and ordering is very easy. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent experience.
I ordered 2 cartons of eggnog (very difficult to get hold of any at this time of year) from Amazon and My Africa Carribean were the business suppliers. I received a WhatsApp message to let me know that my order had been received and shortly afterwards another message to say my order had been dispatched, with tracking information. I have received my product in excellent condition and a use by date of 7 months time. Excellent service from start to finish, thank you My Africa Carribean.

Cant say that i am impressed with this…
Cant say that i am impressed with this company. Was told it would take 2 business days and its been 4 days and no delivery. No response from emails or whats ap messages. I called the support line who were also pretty unhelpful saying due to high volume of orders deliveries are not being dispatched on time. They should let customers know this on their website that it is not 2 business days. The lady on the phone was not reassuring at all on when I will receive my product.
