Very easy to order what I required. Excellent and fast replies to my emails regarding delivery. Excellent communication overall. Good prices. Easy website and ordering process. Got order confirmation and despatch confirmation. Really excellent service.

I was accidentally sent the wrong item but this company was very easy to contact providing a telephone number and live WhatsApp service that was very helpful and quick to amend my order. Their produce is fresh and delicious. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer

It was a lot smaller than I expected. My existing box of farina is 28 ounces. The one I got was only 12 ounces. I wee bit too expensive.

My products arrived quickly, I was regularly updated on delivery. I gave my brother 2 of the bottles of pepper sauce, he was delighted! Unfortunately one bottle was broken but that's not the sellers fault, it was a transit fault. I will definitely buy again from seller

They sent the wrong order which meant it was too late to send my correct order to me in time for an event. After arranging collection by UPS of the incorrect order sent to me (UPS do not provide collection receipt), they are yet to provide a refund. It has been a month and My Africa Caribbean have been blaming UPS, stating they are awaiting an update before providing me my refund. However, UPS did not provide a receipt to be able to prove collection.

An absolute mess, and My Africa Caribbean being incredibly poor in refusing a refund, despite it being their own fault for causing the issue in the first place. They are still holding more than £100 of my money.

Avoid at all costs, do not waste your time with this company. I am currently pursuing them through my credit card for defrauding me.

The order never arrived. The only communication was to ask if I wanted to give a review. My bank will recover the cost of the purchase but I wouldn't order again.

A pathetic experience, they are a bunch of scammers, website shows a box of twelve, they sent me one carton out of the 12!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE, when calling them, the lady said "you should have got 12" few hours later, she said the opposite, their driver was also reeking of cannabis!!! No wonder they are getting the orders wrong!!!!

Update: after a some time company did replied to my messages and I been issued with refund. Overall customer service is not that bad if you have a patient and using WhatsApp. I might will give a chance in the future orders.

I did not received my order. After my order was "processed" I did received message from UPS not from DPD which was odd because on the website it's saying DPD 2 days delivery. Anyway after waiting for more then 4 days I did send email to company and customer support team advised me that delivery will be following week Tuesday. Ok that's sounded promising. Tuesday gone by and my order did not arrived. I did send another email to company but they not replied yet back

Ordered 6 bottles of this amazing beer of which the taste of sorrel was like music to my tastebuds….I am not a beer drinker but this is worth it
