Warning: Do NOT buy from Myanua!

I purchased the Korean beauty set from Myanua and paid through Klarna, but I never received any order confirmation or tracking link. This is extremely frustrating, as now I have to pay for an order I never received!

I want to warn others: Do NOT buy anything from Myanua—you will never get your order and risk being scammed! This was my first and definitely my last time ordering from them.

The products is not an original Anua products. Design almost the same. However, the products I received from myanua.com were very poor quality comparing to the original. The smell is disgusting, the consistency of the product is totally different than original.

Hi I receive my order was a very good value for the price very well package presented and I do appreciate for the little thing in the box for Xmas . 😘 products very natural clean smell packaging was very safe and look forward to see the difference. I can tell they active I use enough products like they more natural .

First of all, MyAnua (myanua.com) is a scam. They're not even the legit Anua company known for their Korean beauty products. I also google searched the contact phone number they have on their website, and it popped up SO MANY different scam sites that look exactly like one another with the only difference being the product name. But literally everything was the same, even the discounts, layout of the wesite, etc. You can also find a Reddit thread about MyAnua.com being fake. Anyway the real one for the US is anua.us
Always look into sellers before buying, especially during the holidays,
cuz it seems like the majority that are advertised and sponsored on our social medias are a scam!

I wait one mouth....they tell me my order will come but never come. And didn answer to my e mail about refund. DONT BUY. Very unprofessional.

I just purchased 5 sets of products and it'sbeen a month I have been using it. MyAnua has quality products and excellent customer service. I would order again!

It is a fake company ...please please please don't buy from them ...you will never receive your order ....the positive reviews might tempt you to order ...I never received my order and they don't take calls or reply to your message ...I am try to make people aware by commenting on their pages . Stay away from this bogus Korean/ Chinese company

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. Not only is it not legitimate, but they have sourced all of their information and promotional videos directly from authentic reviews and ads. The shipping process was also a complete scam; the delivery was supposed to take 4-9 days, but it took over 20 days. As soon as I saw it was shipping from China, my doubts grew, and unfortunately, I was right.

Upon receiving the products, the cleanser’s seal was already broken, which immediately made me suspicious. That’s when I realised all the products sent were fake. I looked at so many videos online which only confirmed that the received products were FAKE!!

I am baffled! I should have checked if it was a legitimate seller before purchasing! I wish I had checked these reviews before buying.

FAKE PRODUCTS!!!!!! SCAM

This is a scam. 'MyAnua' are not the well known Korean brand 'Anua' cosmetics and skin care. They use effective copycat packaging. I was advertised to on Instagram and didn't realise it was a scam, so I feel pretty stupid. I asked for a refund when I realised my mistake right after I ordered. They offered me twenty percent off and asked why I wanted a refund. I explained that it was the wrong brand for a Christmas present. I didn't hear back from them. When I wrote to them a third time asking for a response, my email bounced back and said I had been blocked by the email address. Nothing could be more suspicious than that. I will never get my money back and I doubt I will receive the order after weeks of waiting.

1.It came damaged and late, and I asked for return and refund.
2.First, they ignored me. Second time, I pretended to be someone else and asked how to use product on live chat then they finally answered.
3-1. I asked for refund again and they refused to make a return label for me and only offered 60% of refund.
3-2. Then they told me to pay for shipping fee and custom for return.
4. they gave their adress and THEIR OFFICE WAS BASED IN CHINA, NOT UK AS THEY WROTE IN THE WEBSITE. THEY LIED ABOUT THEIR IDENTITY
5. I commented on their Instagram and they are deleting my comment real time

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! THEY ARE SCAM!

Customer service doesn't exist, they don't reply e-mails I have been waiting for 20 days and nothing, they give a fake number for tracking but it's all bullshit!!!!!!

They deserve no star, they sell fake products and block you from requesting for return label or refund

Fast, reliable, and easy process. I'll definitely use this service again.

Don't waste your money and time on this site ladies .They are selling fake anua products.Make you wait longer to receive the package and then when you receive it was a fake one.After you order to them and pay for the products that you cannot use .You wanted to return it to them but no one will answer to you because they already get the money .SCAM SCAM SCAM🙅🖕

I havent received my items y’et, and i can see that its a fake site with fake products. I have been trying to contact Them, but no answers at all! Nor on Instagram or on e-mail. I want to cancel my order and get my money back asap!

I just recived the products after 20 days and I can confirm that are all fake! I'm terribly disappointed!

This is a fake website, please be aware. They will guarantee fast shipping however will never deliver and will them block your email address. I was naive and trusted the website.

Pathetic service and there is no response from myanua. Customer service is disgusting.. i had written couple of emails for a refund as still haven’t received my product.. i placed an order on 10th nov and still i dont see any progress.. please refund me back my amount asap.. you should respect customers valuable time here..i paid 80$ for the products which didnt arrive yet. I dont really care how good the product is, it doesnt meet customer satisfaction level.. i need my money back asap
