The issue that I had was resolved. I am happy with how my matter was handled.

I found the company and the support team were really responsive in reply to my communications about needed support with my account and products. They were very helpful and it was great that they were so prompt.

Update- they have since tried to take a further payment from my account even though I have asked them to remove my details, luckily I have frozen my card and my bank are aware so it was declined.
Scam site! I was making a payment to Lidl when the site automatically changed to this one and they took a payment from me and have also signed me up to a membership which I have not agreed to!
Will be reporting to my bank as fraud

Very efficient dealt with everything promptly

At first i was frustrated because the membership made to the site was not intended as the ads through fb was misleading and was indicated that it is for shein. Therefore, i reached out to the site and i requested for cancellation of membership and refund for the payment made through my card but the agent informed me that due to their terms and condition, it is non refundable. I expressed my dismay and left a 1 star review. The next day, i received a call from the escalation team Ms. Angeline that they'll make an exception to their terms and will issue the refund. Thank you for taking actions. Well appreciated as well for reaching out as soon as possible.
