Amazing customer service
Bought lots of underwear for my husband and had a few issues with sizing and delivery but their customer service was exemplary and issues were resolved incredibly quickly. Happy customer who will continue to purchase from Bask as their service is efficient and the product is really well made.

AVOID if you want the correct stuff…
So after attempting to order some loungewear which was repeatedly in stock I didn’t receive it, for it to then only go out of stock a COUPLE days later. Also ordering several pairs of underwear for to be sent incorrect sizes or styles/colours to what I ordered.
