Good company from what I have…
Good company from what I have experienced. Had DNA test and information was helpful.
Customer service was excellent, can either email or actually speak to a human and I found the lady I spoke to on several occasions, to be very helpful and polite, any questions answered where possible. Nutritionist was nice too and knowledgeable.
It is expensive but can be worth it for information that may help improve your life quality.
They sell supplements, which are also expensive but they do methyl free B vitamins.
Only thing is, I ideally need supplements with no vitamin E, and performed Vitamin A and Choline ideally. Going by my results. Their methyl free multivitamin sadly contains Vitamin E and Beta carotene. Not sure on other nutrients as I stopped reading into it as Vitamin E was the deal breaker. I did purchase methyl free B vitamins only, but this means I have to get the other nutrients elsewhere. So costs more and I have lots more pills to swallow. Meaning more fillers, bulking agents etc.
I hope they do a multivitamin in the future that covers everything I need in one pill with option of one with Vit E included or not.
But this is a small thing. The main thing is the tests and customer service. And I would say I had a good experience that's helped me make better decisions regarding my nutrition.

As you have rightly pointed out, finding a methylated multi vitamin with no vitamin E added is extremely challenging in the UK and taking individual nutrients can be costly. We did genetic testing and the details and advice are incredibly helpful! I recommend always take the consultation after testing as their doctors are great to explain things. I asked for written notes so I can always go back to them. Next time I’ll also choose zoom if im in a bit of extra funds. They are very experienced!

Simple and straightforward service
Simple and straightforward service. Test arrives promptly. As do the results. Even after it took me 6 months to book zoom call, Annie listened curiously and understood my issues and concerns being personable and explained all the results simple enough for me understand. Can’t give antibiotics if needed as…
Can’t give antibiotics if needed as they are only nutritionist. AND DO NOT prescribes!!!
Most GP’s your can’t get appointments and they won’t except there recommendations from nutritionist it has to come from a gastroenterologist!
Please be careful before spending a lot of money.
The information is very helpful but without the correct medication or antibiotics it’s pointless only half the job.
I gave 3 stars because the turn around time is very quick and you receive a lot of info but it’s pointless if they can’t prescribe the medication to treat you.
They recommend supplements
But if you need antibiotics your stuck

Hi Tilliemay, we were sorry to read you are disappointed that we could not prescribe antibiotics for you. We are a holistic functional medicine clinic so we do not prescribe medicines, instead we prescribe natural supplement protocols to rebalance your gut including tailored probiotics. Our lab reports are certified by lab trained Drs so your own GP should be able to assess your results and prescribe antibiotics. Methylation Test
Methylation Test. I've had an excellent experience from purchasing the kit to the final results and video call. Too early to quantify results, however my sister used the same service and recommendations 2 years ago and has seen dramatic health improvements, so I am hopeful I'll see the same progress. My recommendation is to pay to extend the video call as it is a lot of critical information to get through.

Methylation genetic testing really is the key to learning how your own unique body works and what it needs so we are always thrilled to hear how our patients are getting on. Despite our calls being 45 minutes as standard there really is so much to discuss and evaluate so extending to an hour ensures you can get all your questions answered. It was all very easy and most professional.
Its too early to tell how the results will affect life and body but I am doing this to get a 5% voucher on supplements.
Once we have spent 12 weeks taking them i will do a further review.....with real life results!
