Still waiting for the parcel 11days later after the purchase, got an email saying its a tracked parcel with royal mail but didn't give me the tracking number so i dont know where it is.

I did not even open my package as The packages arrived covered in ‘Red stains’ which looks like body fluid. I have contacted them several times To return the order to them and to date no one has replied to ANY EMAILS THAT I HAVE SENT! NO telephone number either!

***I do not have any reply emails from Chloe in my emails!!

This was a present for my son . It arrived with the wrong charger . He contacted them and they sent the correct one . Now he can use it he said it is good .

My gun was faulty I sent Chloe an email to advise who then asked for a fault video the gun when plugged in and was fully charged only lasted 30 seconds on the video I sent . No reply as yet on the email so sent on FB messenger and on Facebook page no reply yet. I just want to know how to send back and get a full refund as o cannot use this gun it was brand new and didn't work properly from the start . I do not recommend this massage gun at all . Please arrange a refund

My body fit pal does exactly what it is said to do. Good quality, great price. Got it for my partner for the deep tissue massages as my hands are too weak. Happy partner happy life.. Only complaint I have is it is alittle noisy.
