I've been waiting 3 weeks now on my order. Maybe a misunderstanding but 3 weeks is ridiculous

I don’t know where is staff I texted and email but no one is reply me plz help me

Claim royal mail tracked, two weeks and my package hasn't even been sent out. I have emailed them twice and yet to receive a response. I personally think ive been conned

have received the product earlier this week, however after trying the product I am very much disappointed with the quality and the result of the product. It is very less effective in trimming and I had to go so many times over one spot white I tried it.

For the reason I have now decided to return the product. Could you please help me with the return process and also provide me with address where I have send it back.

I didn’t received the order…very poor customer service…I asked where is my order and they told me will be back to you soon….9 days are gone now and still waiting for my order and for a reply…very unprofessional….stay away

No communications from the company. Asked for a delivery date no answer. Asked for a full refund no response. Very disappointed.

Website says dispatched within 2-3 working days and still haven't received dispatched email

I have not received my order, 7 days after i ordered it.
I sent a email after 5 days which has been ignored.
Then you send me a "thank you for your recent purchase" email wanting me to rate your service...must be a joke.

Was told I’d receive updates in 2-3 working days and haven’t heard anything for a week. Moneys been taken from my account and no I’m has been delivered and no update provided.

Absolutely awful. Sent me a massage gun that smokes and has a burning smell. Chloe asked me for a video for proof and still hasn’t replied. Can’t use the massage gun and I’ve been emailing over and over again with no response. Not worth it.

There are no order related communication would happen even after a week the payment was done and after the timeline is barred the customer will start realising it is something wrong. I’m lucky enough that I have purchased it through Clearpay app

I have requested the clearpay to cancel the order and initiate the refund.

Never received the product. Customer service not existing. Avoid as this is a scam.

Ordered April 3 as of today it’s not arrived. Emailed them but had a standard reply saying they’ll look into it. But not convinced that’s true

Poor quality.

Cuts skin when used.

Definitely not delivering on the description they gave.

Would not buy from them again.
