Excellent purchase, really happy with the early results!

Still awaiting a response since Thursday to return product!

ordered the item and it took ages to come even though I paid for express shipping

I am a semi professional long distance runner, I bought the mybodyfit muscle gun to take with me on holiday as I would not have access to my sports massage. I have to say it is very reliable and a good piece of equipment. Very good price too.

This product will worked fine initially, but now does not hold a charge. Emailed several times, sent video of machine cutting out! Eventually they said they would replace it, but again can’t get hold of them.
Poor customer service! Would not recommend!

Stopped working after one Charge..I believe my Product is Faulty..

Placed order 29th June and item has still not been dispatched. 5 emails to this company and had 1 reply saying we will send the NEW tracking number tomorrow and they never done so. Customer service with this company is appalling

Not replying to emails over a faulty charger. So its of no use!!! Had a reply today a week after i posted. Will update if charger arrives. Guess what, still no charger!

Awful service. Ordered on the 26th May, still no update on when my order will be sent. I’ve emailed twice to chase and still had no reply.

Ordered one a a few weeks ago. Happily took the money but never turned up.

Emailed asking for update, tracking etc and no response. Got to go through the bank to get my money back!

Hi, I’m a little disappointed because I thought the delivery would be more quicker. Since I order on 26 of may, but I did get it yet.

I placed my order over a week ago. Paid extra for express shipping. Mailed a few times to ask where my delivery is. STILL no response. So so disappointed with this service. The number in website just goes to voicemail also??
Now thinking have I been scammed??
