My ordered book finally showed up nearly 10 days and the corners were bent it had like been tossed around. The packaging was really flimsy for something this expensive. This way my first order from here, and probably my last.

I paid for 34 books via PayPal and what I received were clearly counterfeit books. The pages are of very poor quality with no authentication proof. I emailed them requesting a refund, but they have stopped replying. Totally untrustworthy

Be Careful: No Transparency or Follow-Up
After going through a credit card transaction to purchase my book, I never received an email confirmation. I was also unable to reach customer service, and I still have not received my book. It was only after leaving a 1-star review here that I was contacted via Trustpilot and informed that the transaction never went through, with a request to change my review. Throughout this entire experience, I received no direct communication from the Mybooksjoint site—not even an email notifying me that the transaction was unsuccessful. My experience with Mybooksjoint.com remains 1-star because every aspect of it has made me feel that this site is not trustworthy.

Our system only creates records and sends notifications after a successful payment, which did not occur in your case.
You mentioned receiving no support. However, our team reached out via Trustpilot to explain the situation clearly and respectfully, providing all necessary evidence. Despite this, you have maintained a 1-star review based on a transaction that never actually happened.
We welcome genuine feedback and take all concerns seriously. However, we request fairness and accuracy. We respectfully urge you to revise or remove your review to reflect the truth: no payment was made, no order was processed, and no product was shipped.
Unlawful Sourcing - Shipped from India
I purchased books from MyBooksJoint.com based on their claim that they were an “authorized seller” of authentic titles. After receiving a counterfeit complaint from a customer, I asked the seller to provide documentation proving the books’ authenticity and lawful sourcing. They failed to do so.
The supplier they listed operates from a virtual office and uses a Gmail address—not a professional domain you’d expect from a legitimate distributor. The books were also shipped from India, which was never disclosed at the time of purchase. When I raised these concerns, MyBooksJoint quietly removed the “authorized seller” language from their Terms & Conditions.
I strongly advise you to stay away. This operation does not meet the standards of a trustworthy or transparent business.

AMAZON SELLERS BEWARE
If you're an Amazon seller, stay away from this company. Amazon customers say their books are counterfeit. Mybooksjoint.com has not been able to prove the books they're selling are authentic. I bought over $50,000.00 worth of books from them, Amazon will not let me sell them on their platform. My Amazon account has been deactivated because of their counterfeit books. Per Amazon, even the address on their invoice is fraudulent. If their address is fraudulent, how can their books be authentic???
