Ordered a smart watch for my daughter it did not arrive when stated I gave it a few more days then contacted the seller who responded very quickly and offered me a refund. I never got my order on the date it was expected, so emailed the seller, and got a very helpful response, my order was lost in transit, so the supplier offered to do a resend with my permission, which i happily gave, they emailed back saying my order was despatched and how long i would have to wait, even though i haven't had my order yet knowing it will take a bit longer isn't a problem, the sellers response to my email was quick and efficient, and i will still order from them, thank you seller

I did cancel my order due to no longer needing it. The team were amazing and were so willing to help, fabulous service!!
