Hospital to home.
My wife and I have just used My Cabs for the first time. Following a disastrous 24 hours. My wife was discharged. I used the free phone in A & E at Leighton. The chap who answered was polite and keen to help. We were told it would be around 10 minutes. Sure enough the taxi duly arrived. The deiver, Keiran was conscientious and considerate given my wife's pain and the condition of the roads. He said he would take his time to ensure as little discomfort as possible. The price was as quoted on the telephone. Top service all round. Thank you.

Due to a flight diversion we had to get a last minute taxi from Edinburgh to Inverness. The conditions were -8 and snowing.
Our driver, Neo, was excellent. He met us as planned and instructed at the airport. He then drove us North safely and efficiently. The car was great, fitted with winter tyres and suitable for passengers.
I would highly recommend the company and Neo to anyone needing a taxi.

It was easy to book as the information online was clear.
The driver arrived 5 minutes before pick up: he was helpful, courteous and a good driver - his name is Alex. He provided the return Edinburgh/Glasgow journey as well. The car was comfortable especially for our person with a disability who found the front seat super comfortable. Appreciated the reliability and punctuality especially as we were going to a wedding. Altogether a good experience: I would recommend the company and use it again.

My driver was prompt and polite. Dropped me at my destination without any problems. When inquiring about where the driver would pick me up, the responses were quick via what’s app. I will be utilising their service again. Overall it was an excellent experience.

I prebooked with Mycabit from Canada when returning to Scotland. I booked the wrong date so was panicking...but they rectified the issue...no problem. My flight arrived earlier than it was supposed to and I cleared customs quickly so I thought I would have to stand around until the prearranged time but I contacted them and they sent someone to get me straight away. The driver was very helpful and friendly and the fare was very reasonable. Would 100% recommend and use again!!

I can't say enough about how wonderful this company is. After accidentally booking the wrong date for my ride, totally my fault, this company rallied and got myself and my mom from Inverness to Edinburgh! A small and very reasonable fee was all they asked. I HIGHLY recommend this company to get you where you need to go!

Driver delayed by traffic but he called us directly on phone a minute after the reservation time to let us know of the delay which was great. Careful courteous and very friendly driver. Would use service again
